@DeluxHost - While I do see that my server is now unsuspended, you guys attempted to boot it and it failed. Looking myself it goes to about 20% in the control panel on boot, then fails. It appears to fail on your side as I can't even see anything inside if KVM to do anything.
It was working fine albeit VERY slow before you guys suspended it for whatever unknown reason. I updated the ticket again #UAT-694798
Please get this corrected as it is extremely frustrating. At this point I would take a "freebie" of a server that actually works. Come on guys....
@DeluxHost - bought a VPS a couple days ago (Feb 2) and already had 2 complete VM freezes. Server becomes totally unresponsive after ~20 hours uptime, requires manual reboot via console.

I ordered the N-2 package and have tried paying twice with my credit card, but both payments were returned, and the invoice status still shows “Unpaid.”
In the latest invoice email, i was instructed to add a payment method to my profile. I already added my card to my account and attempted the payment again, but the charge goes through briefly and then keeps getting reversed.
Sorry for contacting you here, but i haven’t received a response to my support ticket, and i continue to receive invoice reminder emails.
Could you please check and advise what might be causing the payment to fail?

Got exactly the same situation here, and this is the 4th time that the servers got completely stuck. Worst experience!
Same her and I see a steal of between 10-20% on my VPS (Y-3):

The N-3 doesn't look much better. Only my M-1 runs reliably so far with a Steal arround 0,01-0,06%.

we will check the tickets as soon as possible and we will help you all, we only ask you for a little patience, if you have urgent problems and your server is offline feel free to send me your ticket id, if you have problems and have not opened a ticket, do it so that you can solve it.
I will check this as soon as possible, probably someone is abusing and not being detected by the system, but no problem, obviously this is not normal and we will fix it.
Have you tried to check our status page if your problem comes from the problems we wrote a few days ago? Do you still find them? Or is everything ok now?
My box has been offline for over 2 days now. Is that long enough?? No answer as to why, ticket responses are almost non existent. I'm thinking I just got scammed.

I said it looks like I got scammed. From my point of view how does it look? Server is slow as molasses ticket submitted. Server goes suspended on a fully paid for service with no explanation. Down 1 day because of that. You guys finally send me a reply to my ticket saying it's fixed but you guys never made sure my server booted on your end. Down another full day so now 2 days+ at this point.
I understand being busy but uptime and customer support is important.
I completely understand your point. In the meantime, your server is back online, and I'll update you in the ticket on what happened. Of course, the lost days will be compensated.

Interesting. On my Y-3 VPS, it isn't as much.

Some nodes are suffering from abuse, we're aware of it and we're working on it!
I mean I don't want to point out the obvious but migrate all of the abusers to their own node and let them just duke it out. The problem will work itself out naturally.

In our M nodes we honestly don't encounter any of the problems listed, on the contrary, they are quite fast and excellent, especially at the proposed price.
