@DeluxHost ?
Order 1046183179
+1 vCore would be great but thank you for any freebie I'll receive.
I ordered on 13.01 ...
any update for me please?
We trust you, so I ordered with #7976976612 for a new lab-environment.
As a bonus, I only got my VPS powered off tonight. The amount of resources hasn't changed. Thanks for at least not reducing them 😂
Yabs for M-3
Thanks for your orders!
@DeluxHost Please share freebie
Invoice 0302-1316-2026
These are preffered.
+10 GB Storage
+1 vCore
+1 GB RAM
so damn lazy on ticket response, and thanks god the stupid AI is removed.
will be given shortly!
@DeluxHost I raised a ticket for very slow performance on a Z-1 VPS (unusable), no response for nearly 24 hours but status changed to on hold?
Have quite a few VPS with you which are usable so maybe a host node issue?
Can you send me the ticket ID?
Ticket ID: SCJ-557073
@DeluxHost Thanks for resolving the issue!
I'd like a freebie, too, please. +1GB RAM would be preferred. Unfortunately, I didn't read before ordering that it would be random. ^^'
Order # 2467098794
Invoice # 2901-1128-2026
Order ID: 2550509711
+10 GB Storage
+1 vCore
or any possible freebie, thanks
I bought the M-3 and I don’t recommend it. It’s very slow, the disks are extremely slow, and it’s either heavily overloaded or very heavily limited.
Waiting for the freebie😊

Cheers
@DeluxHost - So I woke up to something fun today. My box was suspended. No rhyme no reason.... Just suspended. In my logs it went suspended, then it un-suspended itself for a bit, then suspended again.
My original ticket to try to get moved to another node because of slow disk and the processor getting crushed is also still sitting unanswered.
Ticket #UAT-694798
I mean the box sorta worked, just incredibly slow. Disk is hammered, CPU is hammered. I do understand this is shared infrastructure. I also tempered my expectations due to price but this is a little beyond that IMO.
I also asked in my ticket about the process of moving over to an Ryzen node. M4, M5(if that is a thing) or a W4/W5.
Here is the Yabs for a N4 I included with my ticket:

Lol! Good luck with your freebie. I still have a fully paid for suspended server. Zero response... I seem to have gotten delux'ly screwed.

They must be busy
Give them some time to fix
This is my second purchase of your products. I hope they will be more stable so I can continue using them.
