as to my previous purchasing of VPS from other merchants, the service always supposed to be created automatically. don't know what happened to this one
Their connection between WHMCS and VirtFusion seems to be broken as I also cannot access data from VirtFusion within WHMCS. That would explain why the automatic deployment is also not functioning.
seems a desaster with the promotion's on sale going.
@jsg The issue will be resolved within 1 hour. The reason it's not creating the VPS is because there appears to be some connection issues between WHMCs and Virtfusion, so as soon as those are resolved, all bulk orders will be accepted and ready.

As for the AI slop, I get it, some other providers also have the frankly nonsensical IMO habit of providing an automated, but at least short, automatic response along the lines of "your ticket has been received and shortly taken care of".
Nonsensical because of course a provider receives my ticket sent in their own system! But at least short is tolerable because it usually keeps the prior HUMAN post on screen - your long AI slop however does not, yuck!
And now I'll patiently wait for another hour or 90 mins (shit happens, no problem).

I cannot open control panel for my services today. It worked yesterday.
I also cannot start a ticket - because one is already opened with AI responces only.

Since this morning, however, there also appear to be issues with virtfusion too. It's likely all related. The technical team is working on the issue and will resolve it shortly.
At the moment no external applications appear to be reaching our site.

I mean they accept PayPal, as long as I can pay using PayPal, I'm fine using their service. In the event of a cancelation or exit scam, I would just get refunded easily and go on. In my opinion the service is good for what it costs. The irregular timeouts and everything don't bother me.
As I stated on another thread before. I feel like they are trying to do their best and try to get into the market by having such low prices and maybe evolve into something bigger someday, but we'll see.

Has anyone seen an actual increase in performance after getting an extra vCore? I purchased a V-3 at the last offer and went from 2 core initially to 4 (LET freebie + compensation bonus), the multi core performance did not increase a bit.

How I requested the compensation bonus they told me restart mine is still 3 it should be 4 with compensation bonus.
FWIW My new VPS is now up and running fine.
Was the same for me. I was told the bonus should be there after a reboot, but it wasn't. Had to reopen the ticket and a couple of hours later i got a message that the bonus is now there... at least in theory.

The host node seems to be down for the Ryzen 7950X VM's. I didn't shutdown the VPS and I can't get it to boot.

The nodes are online, only that GSL is limiting our panel and therefore the resources are not loaded in real time and it does not restart the servers from the panel, but everything is on

Happened? It's still happening. I didn't shutdown the VM and Boot still doesn't work.
