my friend bought a server in HK location for 1$/mo to try the service, the speed was 25-250Kbps, server was cancelled after an hour, they offered NL location,
simple apt full-upgrade -y , takes up to 40 minutes.
but what is reason to deal with a company, who disrespect people and provide such low speed servers ?

There must be something wrong, maybe the repository list. We have about 1000 VPSs in Netherlands and we do not have any complaints.

this was HK location, after my friend cancel the server, support told to my friend that they could recreate VM in NL location, my friend refused cause HK server speed was too bad that even can't do anything, download anything from the web it was same speed,
originally i asked my friend to buy a server for 1$/month to try HK, if it's good, i would buy the largest one or maybe 2 HK/JP, but it was not good experience at all and server was canceled in less than 1 hour after purchase.

It seems there are network issues in Germany's datacenter.

So has this been stable lately enough for even an idle monitoring node?
Too lazy to read through all the gptslop.
Same goes for Hong Kong, nether my VPS nor the Test-IP are reachable.
My HongKong vps is down...
It was a small issue with the network bridge, which was solved quickly, but some VPSs remained offline, mostly those with Debian. Manual restart was needed.
If your server is still offline, reboot or let me know the IP address so I can check.
The same issue happened in HK, 2 nodes in Frankfurt, and 1 node from Navodari. Not all servers have been affected, by strangely multiple servers from multiple locations.
We are investigating what happened and working to make sure this will not happen again.
Might be something from Virtualizor on how it's managing the bridge.

Normally, we do not allow it. We use different datacenters/companies, different rules, different prices for routing or BGP sessions, so we decided not to accept BGPs. Also there are clients who bring subnets, and in a short term they are changing or canceling, and this is causing too much trouble for the DC Noc teams.
BUT, if you project is interesting, it's on long term, if it involves getting multiple and bigger servers from us, we can think about...

I would like to update you that my issue has been resolved, although not in the most ideal way. I did not receive a refund; instead, the remaining funds were redistributed among my other active servers with this provider. While this technically settles the matter, it doesn't make up for the stress and time lost. I have no further claims against the provider at this time.
