The ability to boot the virtual server and load an ISO is being tested at this moment. I can't say for sure when, but I estimate sometime mid December for this feature to appear.

Unfortunately, no. The cost of power and space in Singapore makes it difficult to offer dedicated servers at the price level LET users would like to get.
