I registered and purchased a VPS from Serverpoint, but they haven't given me anything, and I can't even log into my account. I'm wondering if I can get any compensation. If not, please give me my account information.

You can just wait for now. They are still processing the verification, and it usually takes some time. Once the verification is completed, you will receive an email with your account and service details. I also use Serverpoint’s services,

It seems like that I am unable to log into my account right now for some reason (your website broke?)
Anyway I have found a fix, it seems like that your stripe integration is expecting a credit card infomation before able to use credit card as payment method
When I didnt add my credit card infomation, pay using credit card would just fail with stripe returning 500
After I added my credit card infomation, I am now able to pay using credit card.
If you still want my username, please DM (honestly I dont remember my username, but my email is available in the video, that is the same mail I used to register serverpoint)

The shopping cart should not require your card to already be in our system. But we will test it, just in case something went wrong with the last software push.

Is that with PayPal or another method? Also, are you logging in to an existing account during the checkout process? If so, make sure that account has a contact email address assigned to it.
