New Black Friday deals from ServerPoint on dedicated and virtual servers!

serverpointserverpoint Member, Patron Provider

It's Black Friday week! And also, RAM prices are ridiculously high!

But right now, we have over 200 TB of RAM unused throughout all of our hypervisors and dedicated servers.

Grab these plans before we are forced to pay quadruple the price for RAM and have to raise our prices!

And as a bonus: double your data transfer!

Just post your order ID below and our staff will double your monthly data transfer allowance!

Our dedicated servers

We are looking for a few good clients that will adopt about 40 Supermicro servers that are currently available for sale at our Texas and Nevada data centers. Some features include:

  • Remote power cycling
  • Redundant network feeds, 1G or 10G
  • Redundant power supplies and power feed
  • SATA and PCIe solid-state drives
  • Data-center-grade servers
  • Fully redundant network at all layers
  • Up to 10 disks per server
  • DDoS protection

Our virtual servers

Over 1,000 LowEndTalk forum users already enjoy our virtualization platform, ColossusCloud.

  • Powerful hypervisors with high CPU core count and up to 1 TB of RAM
  • Redundant networking at all layers
  • Disk storage powered by Ceph, providing live migration and quick reboots in case of hypervisor failure
  • IPv6 available at some of our data centers; all by early 2026
  • Linux and Windows templates available
  • Nested virtualization
  • DDoS protection

Everyone, take those dedicated servers. :)

Because we ain't buying new ones until RAM prices come down.

They are insane. A RAM module that we'd buy for $130 for an AMD Milan back in July of this year, is now $600.

  • Can you please link to your VPS AUP? Tried a quick glance for it and I didn't find anything though I can be blind

  • Does the dedicated server support BGP or BOYIP/ASN?

  • Great offers.

For your dedicated servers, do you allow customers shipping a couple of 3.5" drives to the DC and pay a one-time remote hands fee to get them installed on the server?

same question, what if i provided 2-3-4 12tb drives...

Normally, we don't. Maybe on a case by case basis, we could arrange something. For example, for government clients, we do accept their drives as sometimes their disks have to be certified by some government approved authority.

The issue is though, it could involve multiple remote hands services, such as when the drive fails, package inspection by the data center when receiving (which they charge for), or remote hands when shipping it back to you. In the end, it might be more expensive than us getting you a disk for a good price.

Also, they need to be enterprise level disks and we only deal with either Seagate EXOS or WD Gold drives. Consumer grade disks won't work in our environment (vibration from many disks in a rack will kill them) and we've had high failure rates with other brands (IBM Ultrastar or Toshiba, for example).

If it is for the purpose of data transfer, we would temporarily install your disk in a USB enclosure so that you can mount it that way; this would isolate the hard disk from vibration in the rack.

DM me and let me know more details...

    just cheap rent

oh and @serverpoint i pay on time (i prefer to have credit as well, one time i wasn't feeling so good and couldnt access my pc for like a month...)
plus the "it" card has enough juice for 3 months (minimum) of all it services (domain, servers etc)
visa/mastercard, paypal, SEPA transfer... pick your poison

  • I have to be honest, this price is not competitive.
