That's why is all doesn't make sense - Why take over a brand, trash the brand, and then intend to continue to operate under it? My money is on it all being 'Lewis', just impersonating different characters. Too much of what VeloxMedia posted is absolute BS. 'Lewis' just registered a US company from the UK.
I assume the same. Lewis registered a new company and tried to get away. With the money he got it was easy to afford registering remotely a new company in US, with the purpose of transferring everything and then get away with it. I believe he's now scared because people fight back with chargebacks.
We can go deeper, I don't think 'Lewis' is real either!
Also: Any reviews on @VeloxMedia guys?
It'd be interesting to know if that was a different product in the background, or the same one and these guys are going to getting suddenly terminated as well.
Yeah, that is quite likely, but given that "Eric" is threatening litigation, at some point there's a good chance of having to show up in court as a real person. That's a hell of a strong play for a bluff.
Also, it doesn't make any sense for Lewis to encourage people to chargeback rather than voluntarily offering refunds. He's looking at losing $15 per transaction in dispute fees.
Then again, running a business at a 25% loss for 4 years as a sole-trader also doesn't make any sense either.
But supporting your argument, it is very strange that the "Lewis" / the old owner of Veloxmedia still hasn't piped up since the 23rd, especially as @itsTomHarper has been reading the forum. I'm surprised neither want to attempt to clear their name.
Let me put my prediction in... "Eric" will delete all plans which have "LET" in their name unless people pay him. Because he's frustrated that people here fight back and are not falling for unclear statements. His plan is already to have all the remaining people on other plans to also pay him a monthly fee to keep on using the service (they've already paid for). He just wants to scare of "LET"ters a bit more, for his own ego. But he sees here that there are way too many LET enthousiasts who didn't get a first "termination" mail just goes on with threathening everyone coming from Lewis.
In the end only a few will pay for services, he will be calling out thousands of users on Discord, and his impersonation of Trump keeps on going while he increases the monthly fee every couple of months because "everything is so expensive and we don't have the scale or good name all due to the discissions on LET". Boohoo.
Lewis looks real - his Instagram account has been going for a long time, and features other people from that group of companies.
Likewise, Justin Morgan looks real and has long standing social accounts and other info about him that dates back.
‘Eric’ is the only character that there is no trace of whatsoever. Doubt he’s real - just a pseudonym for Justin.
Basically there are a couple of things in a 'company' as Lewis had that are interesting for a buyer:
Basically the is trashing the brand, knowledge wasn't there, contracts - maybe, but he also is bla-bla-ing about "new datacenter and migrate to that one", hardware - maybe, but he also is bla-bla-ing about "more new hardware as Lewis' combined", customers - he's denying that there are customers.
So would anyone think he really bought a company? I think either it's part of the scam or he almost got it for free...
This is another thing that the customer can deny and ask for refund (or just chargeback if denied), customer paid for that location, not another one!
Is he moving the country though, or only the datacenter? If you paid for UK and now it's in Germany, I can see doing a chargeback, but if you paid for a UK VPS and it's moved from one DC in the UK to another DC in the UK, it's a bit of a stretch to demand a refund, unless the contract specified a particular datacenter.
There = PA3 DC
I tested the "To Whom It May Concern" text. The result:
There are multiple law firms, other businesses, and a coworking space in the building where they list their address. I don’t think any of the law firms have been involved.
The rent for a small office starts at $6,000 per month. That’s too high for a business that sells $4/month services. Their only realistic option in a office building like this is a virtual address or a coworking seat.
I think the business has been sold to a narcissist spending daddy’s money, and the numbnut thinks he bought an advanced infrastructure with a solid customer base, where only a few percent comes from LET.
In reality, he has taken over a couple of leased servers, a simple website, a WHMCS license, and has burned the main source of customers while thinking he’s the king of the world.
It will take some time before he realizes he has fucked up.
I have not received a e-mail either, I'm US based so wonder if that is why...
Well I'm certainly entitled to what I purchased.
That's what I've mentioned earlier today. For me it'd 100% be a dealbreaker.
Why would anybody want to leave? I thought the services were so good that everybody was begging to stay!
Well, the "To Whom It May Concern" mail is created after the DDoS incident on Christmas day (25th December). The mail is dated on Boxing day (26nd December).
Do you really think there are law firms working for these kind of "small companies" or at all during Christmas?
So for me it was clear, seeing the dates, that it was coming from someone with a big fantasy or AI, but not from an official lawyer.
So it's a organized scam, sounds more like a criminal act now.

Funny enough, they just charged me a renewal for my $7 LET server that doesn’t even expire until November of 2026. But are cancelling all LET plans. So just a way to get more money before the exit? WILD BEHAVIOR.
From a saved card?
Can u guess its CC for next servers?
This was me too. From https://gestiondbi.com/ (formerly DeepNetSolutions).
Really charged or asked. And if charged: Stripe or PayPal or something else?
If really charged, that's vital info: "Eric" categorically denied that he had access to the payment systems through the "Lewis" accounts. But only the "Lewis" accounts have been used to pay for VPSes, so if it's really charged, then it could be a proof that "Eric" has access to "Lewis" accounts for payment. If those payment gateways still work without Eric having access, he should have prevented that they could be charged and that's something he could be accounted for.
Any interesting updates on Discord?
