@forest OK sold everywhere. So where is that everywhere? I bet most users are from here LET.
I'm not a member of that transaction, it's between you guys.
I was planning on keeping your service active because it's fair but so much drama and issues that caused 100+ pages I'm just terminating and keeping all non LET plans.
Just look how my company is registered, part of ICO and everything and yet no one else has checked a single other company on here.
Also how Im being attacked for GDPR and yet have 30 days. And yet no one else seems to have GDPR and someone else literally violated all my discord GDPR and yet no one cares.
The same way you aren't a member of the transaction between Lewis and LET?
He already said he's not terminating plans just because someone from LET bought them, but because they were LET-specific deals.
Uh? Your discord GDPR?
There is no GDPR for companies, it's only about PERSONAL data.
@VeloxMedia First, I must say I have not receive an email telling me the server is going to shut down yet. I don't know what will happen next day or next week.
Next, I supported the previous VeloxMedia company by purchasing with credit card and posted positive comment here. More importantly, I did not post any negetive comment here. So my server is going to be deleted just because it contains "LET" in the production name while other servers are kept because they do not contain "LET" in the production name. It makes me look like a clown 🤡🤡🤡
But you're punishing everyone for what a few people did.
In retrospect, it might have been able to hire a sales agent to come here instead. Someone who has experience with community drama would have been a boon, as otherwise people will push you twice as hard as you push them. So if you fight back, all that will happen is things will escalate. Fair or not, the main difference here is that other companies haven't made people worry about their servers, so people aren't looking for reasons to criticize them.
I don't think Discord content counts as PII, otherwise posting it to Discord would be a GDPR violation in the first place. Discord contents are not confidential, and anyone who is in there has a right to save logs.
A lot of people are very angry at what is happening.
In my case, I might have gotten a little lucky because I bought from VeloxMedia before I ever joined LET, and I didn't purchase a LET plan. But that doesn't mean I'm not still upset for LET users who did buy from here.
You do not have a registered company, stop joking like that, it was funny 100 pages ago.
He recently did register, IIRC.
They didn't allow me to become a customer for whatever reason. I think because of the lawsuit which makes sense.
I don't care if they delete the account or not, never have... Can't you tell.. this is just for fun.
The lawsuit? You're suing them for not reinstating the provider tag?
When is the next batch of deletion happening?
He did? Which one is it? Or you are talking about Benthost ?
AndrewFromLegal is still part of the discord server. @VeloxMedia why haven't you removed AndrewFromLegal since you even stated that isn't the real Andrew at the time it joined the discord? Lol.
I can say the past me was right. The transfer is a mess and hard to reconciled.
That's why I told you to get a lawyer and someone that could give input as you draft your message/replies, as it's in your best interest.
Nevertheless, I hope you learned something
None of this makes any sense. Why would you take over a brand with customers that you don't want and infrastructure that you're not going to use? If your existing brand is so strong why not use that to reach into the low end market? If you're such a huge corporation how do you have nil understanding of privacy regulations, public relations, payment provider policies and systems management? And why does this huge corporation have only one person doing everything?
I think it's a batch of emails notifying scheduled deletion. You'll receive a message like this:
So even after you receive the message, you still have time to back up your system.
I would recommend not paying the extortion fee for extended access on principle, though.
Might as well drop the VeloxMedia brand as well since it's so tarnished now. What name are you going to use for the next scammy venture as you've already used Lewis, Tom, Eric, Andrew and some others? Brad has always sounded trustworthy to me...
A lot of stuff wasn't sold on LET so we want to ensure those customers aren't affected by this drama
But there is no such company as Velox Media Inc. So the funds go to some grey area. I wonder if payment providers are aware what scheme they are supporting.
Stop changing your stories. You're running around in circles. It has been explained here dozens of times before. It's all legal. They have a whole team of capable legal people specialiced in this stuff. You were not a customer of LET.
And why they don't want you as a customer? They don't own you an explanation for that. They can turn down an application whenever they want. Even if you've already paid, agreed to ToS that you were presented with only because they were especially created for you and are not on the website, or even if you got some credit that you've used to pay it for (but that ofcourse won't be returned).
I'm here only for the entertainment. The sheer fun of it. Please keep feeding me. I'm hungry.
Yeah like when customers post screenshots of their invoices with their UK address on it in our private discord then he makes it public on his website?
Wasn't private if people could generate invites for the server
Also if you have no gate keeping or any verification if they're a customer, anyone could get into your discord server from an invite.
It's not very private... and if people are posting invoices without any redaction, that's on them. If you're not deleting those and telling them off, that is on you.
If they post their invoices, then they're releasing their own PII, no? That's on Discord then, not you. You aren't liable.
We're even registered with the ICO. I've posted the page with the info but you can search to verify yourself.
You are you just making stuff up
He's here only for the entertainment. It's part of the multimillion investment, endorsed by their GDPR specialized legal team, company entertainment as a christmas bonus for getting the number of aggravated people that year.
He owns the server, that's actually ON the server owner to do some basic moderation and protect his clients incompetency.
Discord will only step in if someone ELSE IN Discord leaks that information. Offsite cannot be actioned.
I read the policies often considering I have to enforce them myself on a 18000 member discord server whenever someone tries to post piracy, raid or do something extremely unsavory, so I am quite well versed.
there is
Just did. I didn't care because it doesn't really matter and nothing to hide but since he's obviously from here and likely to cause drama he's gone
