Please be advised that VeloxMedia has recently undergone a corporate transition and is now owned by Velox Media Inc., 301 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, USA. This transition has not resulted in any changes to the products or services offered.
It is our position that the suspension of our provider tag has caused significant confusion within the community and has resulted in substantial actual and reputational harm to our corporation. On December 25, 2025, VeloxMedia was subjected to a coordinated attack throughout the day. We have identified at least two individuals, who are members of your website, as being involved in this activity. Furthermore, we have documented a comment referencing a network, and within nine (9) minutes of that comment being posted, the associated subnet was added to the attack.
In addition, we formally request your mailing address and legal contact information so that we may send a certified copy of this notice along with any additional legal documentation.
Failure to comply with this request will result in the filing of an official complaint and the pursuit of damages to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

I have plenty of experience, relationships, connections in the industry with the enterprise world, just not so much in the VPS end yet.

On the business side. We’re a network of companies and employees, so as Velox Media’s needs grow, we have the resources to grow with it. But as it is, we need to grow first to unlock these additional resources. We have finalized our budget and our runway and have the funds to keep the business operational without any issues. We’re working with all the current providers to lock in terms and be able to guarantee you that your service will remain as-is for the duration of your current agreement.

Our mission in the coming days is to finalize some more of the information you’ve requested and help make everyone feel comfortable. We’re making tons of progress here but there’s a lot of moving parts and pieces.

Right now any product in our system that says LET on it is getting terminated with a 7 day notice. So you can check your account to see if you're has that.

I've also been told that an email went out to customers about the change in management and the fee required to keep their services, otherwise they'd be permanently deleted.

That said, even if that's now happened (and apparently only in batches and only for LowEndTalk-related services?), a proper, official notice to ALL customers should have gone out the moment ownership changed and access to customer PII was obtained.

Customers shouldn't be finding this out via leaked/shared Discord messages, especially when not all of their customers are even on Discord, or in that channel.

Whatever they choose to do next is on them, and I'm sure there'll be consequences sooner or later, one way or another.

Threatening and talking down to a community like this, acting unprofessional and thinking they're entitled to getting their provider tag reinstated after everything that's unfolded in this thread, no thank you.
