Slow rollout of them over time so the renewals/deletions aren't all on the same day. All will have 7 day notice.
I'm a proud member of DAS - Dino's Against Scammers! @Saragoldfarb @tfgp99 @FAT32
Where?
if you want to brag then where are the records of that?
bro whatever you are asking is in this thread..everyone has moved on from asking those things as they have already been shared
You're sounding delusional. Do I need to perform a full psychiatric assessment?๐ค
Yes please.
We have legal. Yeah I learned how entertaining this can be and it's very hard to explain laws and business to people who aren't involved in it. This forum is completely different than the enterprise world in used to with educated people and professionals that are used to contact law and agreements and policies.
I'm amazed there wasn't a single person who did any due diligence on Lewis or apparently most companies on this site. I've never heard of any of this type of situation where things are ran with literally zero review. Not even a Google search to make sure it's a real company.
We love Pink Dino!
I looked and did not found anything on Velox Media inc. in Pennsylwania and I just want to have that info added to the chargeback. Can you help me here?
they registered in ohio...and the llc too i think

Then fuck off, maybe? Nobody forced you to take over a business that was actively selling on a forum which is 'completely different than the enterprise world' you're used to.
So it's not the company they claim to be. Maybe to hide it from the payment processors?
We'll figure it out soon. You guys should be able to find the filings by now
OK, you had your share again of being able to list all the things you find unprofessional about others. You know, normal people who don't always do this for a living but for the sheer fun of it. And take a gamble every now and then.
Now do the same about you and your organisation you are bragging about everytime. That sounds fair, right?
Still you and your lawyers don't have a real knowledge of how the GDPR works. You say you are compliant to every rule/law you have to comply with. Surprise, according to one of the top AVG people that I happen to know you definitely don't comply with that one. And that one is mandatory in one of the countries you do business in - heck, you even have servers there.
Also there is a thing about how you should do business - best practices. You almost ignore every rule in that book. I know, they're not mandatory, they're not laws, but they are based on years of experience for creating and maintaining a succesfull business.
I've read your statement "trust is earned" here before. You do everything to not comply with that.
Can you point me where I can Find it? Who can help me?
Velox Media inc that from what I know does not exist?
Velox Media llc which is nowhere present on the site?
Eric Banks ?
Benthost LLC ?
Or should I write to your employee listed on your site in privacy policy which states:
"
If you have questions or comments about this notice, you may contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO), Lewis Edwards, by email at [email protected].
"
https://veloxmedia.co.uk/privacy-policy/
So Lewis Edwards with Eric Banks are behind all that? Can you please explain?
Oh my. Well, Lewis Edwards was the previous owner of VeloxMedia. He sold it to Eric Banks, but allegedly only transferred the infrastructure, not contracts. This is why Eric is free to delete whatever he wants without compensation. He claims it's between us and Lewis, not us and him.
How many times have we gone in this circle so far
That isn't at all how GDPR laws work also I don't own discord and not responsible for the data on there ...
But apparently he still works there as Data Protection Officer
That's why we're not selling on here. I'm just here for the entertainment. We'll be selling elsewhere to people who are a bit more business competent
We are complaint, we just have time to do some things
You own the discord server.
Your responsibility for protecting your clients from their own incompetency.
If you don't want to delete their invoices in a public server owned by you then that's on you.
Oh wait... Unless Lewis owns it still... He's still the DPO per your privacy policy.
Nope you don't. Again, you don't have to believe my words, but you should believe one of the people in the board of the organisation that has checking AVG compliance as one of their tasks for this country.
But hey, you know better, right. Mr "only here for entertainment".
Has the Dep. of homeland security and/or FBI reacted already?
Thanks! It's something that should have been done days ago though.

Yes, it's different world. But that's the world your company trying to venture. That is why beside legal, having someone who have experience conversing with these type of clientele would smoothen the process.
On the due diligence, people went here for cheap servers. And they're too busy figuring out server specs, prices, yabs, etc while neglecting background research. Afterall, server with similar specs hosted by top 100 hosting company would cost at least twice as much. So, if a hosting went deadpool 1/2 of the prepaid duration, it's still a good deal.
People will accept the bust since the server annual cost ($5-$20) is roughly 1-5 meals. It's not a big deal.
This is similar to any industries. The utmost bottom tier vendor are not very reliable. Because vendor who offer better service would add premium, at least 2-3% than the cheapest option.
So, if your company are not exiting this market segment, I hope you could offer good deals with healthy profit margin and service
I'm not sure if my plan from veloxmedia has a LET tag.
The recent chaos has harmed the reputation of all LET providers.
I'm not sure I'd say it has harmed the reputation of all providers, but it has certainly harmed the reputation of LET. It will probably make it a little more difficult for new providers to get started.
And harmed the reputation of the BF threads, since that's how Lewis scammed people out of money before disappearing. That's one reason I'm surprised that the admins are still waiting.
Although there is a thin possibility that it wasn't his goal and, after selling all those plans, he decided to sell the company to someone else and hasn't looked back since.
The real question you should be asking is not whether they will let you keep your service, but whether you can ever trust them going forward. And if you can't trust them, why would you host anything of importance there?
