Didn't we have the FBI at somepoint too!?
That would be a twist. How would that make any sense? Can you explain this logic?
Eric never existed. Andrew never existed, no one else from veloxmedia exists. This is only the ol' Lewis.
How can they have an account with you if you didnt take over the company as you stated here?
How can you terminate a service for someone that you state yourself is not a customer to "your" company, that seems clearly impossible.
What do you mean with "our provider tag"? This isnt "your" account.
Its almost like..........
Lewis, and simply him.
Yeah, IIRC they recommended Eric extort customers for $2500/m each to keep using their $4/y server, or something like that. I don't think anybody wanted to do that and so the FBI lost interest.
DHS too, so hold onto your dogs!
Worse? This is entertaining. Well delete all these accounts and start fresh. Solve everyone's problems.
They just said that they won't pay for the DDoS mitigation and gave a facetiously offer to let others pay for the entire datacenter DDoS scrubbing fee. There are valid issues here, but I don't think the DDoS fee thing was extortion at all.
That's exactly what I mean. I'd rather not have my data deleted due to this. I am still happy with my services (which is not from an outrageous flash sale) and, depending on how the future unfolds, would even be willing to renew.

Please read the past 100 pages. This has been repeated at least 100 times
Might want to change your signature as you are not “uk based “
You can be sure i did, i also read all your discord messages and well, youre contradicting yourself highly.
Cause you were cystal clear what happend on discord
But i assume, its highy inconvenient, for you that is.
Although im still more interested on how you assume ownership of an account that this lewis owns and all of the sudden claim as your own. Thats the funky part.
After all youre a completely fresh and new business that has some ghostly and magical non-existing but existing customers that fell into your lap somehow,
@VeloxMedia
Can you please answer these last 2 questions? You skipped a page past them, so I presume you must have overlooked them.
Can you confirm again whether you believe these people filing chargebacks are or are not your customers?
Final question, one that I haven't asked before...
If you terminate the service of someone who bought one of these deals and hasn't read this thread or discord, and then they chargeback because the service was terminated without any notifications, do you believe that to be fraud as well?
The DC ended up paying it. Instead of us absorbing the costs we're moving services off them and onto our own DC.
It's another case where LET just caused pain for the DC and themselves as now they're stuck with a high bill and losing us as a client, and we're moving most of our services from them to our hardware. Forcing users to change locations.
I'm not even in the fight. There is no "we". I am just me. I want VeloxMedia to succeed. I want people to be happy with their services. I am not one of the people claiming that there's a scam going on or even bothering about GDPR in the slightest. My one and only desire was to diffuse the situation and allow people to stop talking past each other.
While it may make me unpopular here, I find myself agreeing with you in most drama threads (before I even joined LET) because, like you, I try to look at things rationally rather than jumping to conclusions (I still have two VPSes from Calin and couldn't be happier, for example). I am most certainly not jumping on anyone, but I would also rather see VeloxMedia just take a break, because his engagement and the community's reaction to that is hurting all of us.
The threats made, whether or not he has the legal authority to do so (I suspect he does), are understandably upsetting. It's not "nice" behavior. If this thread was about the behavior of LET users, I would have something very different to say, because I've seen a lot of unnecessary shit being flung from this direction as well.
No need we don't sell here
Why you're still promoting on your signature?
Llamas
You're too busy remember.
Why would someones service be terminated without notification? Even when we terminate or suspends them it notifies them.
He can put in his sig whatever he damn pleases as long as it's not illegal or against LET's rules.
And he certainly doesn't need to justify his sig to you!
Actually apparently they blocked my access to edit my signature when they suspended my provider tag.
I believe I wasn't addressing you directly.

Yes, I'm about to finish up for the day, so it'd be nice to know these answers before I go.
The people filing these chargebacks for the LET deals - are they your customers? I believe you previously said you don't consider them to be.
OK, so you're going to send them an e-mail confirming that the service is being terminated. That's good news, at least they will know what's happening. When that happens, and they file a chargeback, do you plan to report them all as fraud?
How many times do I have to keep explaining the same thing over again?
You so dumb. Show me where I stated that lol. I do have an attorney on retainer though. That's true.
Never gonna happen. He know it's hosted at VeloxSomething.... My exact words.
He asked one. And I answered it with: no. That's an answer innit?
Why bother suing an entity that doesn't exist?
