Now I'm just evidence gathering for my case against them. Its 100% legal to defend my consumer rights and publish sensitive information for the greater good, to protect the public.

That just provides evidence that you've acknowledged and understood your obligations as a data processor.
Being on the register doesn't automatically make you compliant.
It's mandatory to be on the register if you undertake any data processing of PII at all.

Now he's trying to divert focus to LET ownership/management itself. Sounds like he is now trying to invite a ban at this stage of the failing scam.
If LET does that, hopefully they will also ban all the associated logins that have been used in this scam/attempted additional scam as well. (A little log review will clearly reveal their interconnection -- common VPNs and maybe even some more telling slip-ups in the heat of the moment.)

I haven't seen the thing you claim Sara has done, so I have no opinion on whether it is infringing or not. However, from what you said earlier, and knowing that you are a US citizen, it's unlikely the GDPR will be relevant.
