Anything below $10–$12 per year is almost impossible in today’s market. Anyone offering that is essentially giving it away. We’re listening and would love to bring what you guys actually want

Guys please let us know what you need so we can bring it in our next refresh in 4 hours from now.

    6 core 6 ram 66 disk space 6TB BW - 12$ / year

Sure, we’ll have some in our next refresh. We’re sold out in NL, so I’ll have to check, but we’ll definitely have some in the UK.

In EU please (Lithuania doesn’t count as EU)

    $12/yr storage dealz

We can do that, no problem. 250GB or 500GB? It will have to be in Tampa, FL, as all of our storage servers are currently located there.

We will have more storage servers in several locations in the future; we are playing it by ear.

Why do providers lose money by blocking VPN users?

It is risk management. I can say from personal experience that it is more probable to receive a chargeback from a customer accessing website using VPN and paying by a (stolen) debit/credit card (that lacks 3DS or has no challenge, only frictionless flow)

I am not saying all VPN users are like so, but there is good chance of this event for a new customer.

    Sorry for misunderstanding.

Do some providers block VPNs if customer uses wire transfer/crypto/SEPA?

Can't say for others. At Skhron, new customers (no active services existing) accessing WHMCS from datacenter IP addresses are forbidden from accessing Paysera and Stripe. SEPA and crypto are allowed due to no fraudulent chargeback risk present.

SEPA is one of the easiest to chargeback

It isn't fraudulent though, I am yet to hear stories of someone stealing bank account to do some fraudulent orders

Massive respect to @FAT32 for making these megathreads happen.

The amount of time, coordination, and patience it takes to keep everything organized doesn’t go unnoticed. From wrangling details to keeping the community informed, this wouldn’t be what it is without the effort he put in.

Straight up—these megathreads exist because of @FAT32. Appreciate the grind. 👏
