I was reading all comments and replies from Eric and Lewis on discord, and so far i concluded that it was planned scam , everything was planned from. Lewi used to "i have free space/ resources so i am offering "triple" ram and disk , and after 4 months he says he runs at 25% loss. It cant be true, being an part of enterprise i know when we offer such deals we calculate it accordingly, but in veloxmedia scene , it seems lewis only motive was to collect triennial paymnts and then , create this melo drama of handing over businrss to someone unknown [unknown in a sense that buyer has not any proof of his existence socially nor corporate ].
So in short. Lewis and eric are both same. And lewis just want to continue scam us by renaming himself as Eric.
And new companies shouldnt allow to run multiple sales , or they have to provide their proof of existence at very frst place.
I remember someone pointed out that veloxmefua us registered as some beauty saloon 😂
You forgot step 0: set up a limited company so that you're not personally liable for all debts that accrue.
Please tell me you at least can handle year 2 maths. TRIPLE isn't a difficult concept to understand.
Totally agreed , abd eric will not provide any proof , bcz eric doest exist at all, or he shud atleast provide his linkedin or any old social proof
Tl;dr at page 11 currently: Cringe as fuck tbh
Wow very professional
Anyone could tell what a shit show it would become looking at it for 3 seconds
Maybe the vetting was done in 2
This is the perfect legal capitalistic scam: take as much money as possible, then pass all responsibilities on someone else, like a homeless man. There is no counter for something like this, because contracts are signed.
I purchased a three-year plan intending to continue using it, but the current situation is making me uneasy.
If possible, please deduct the cost based on the actual time I've used the service, and I will immediately stop using it. I can provide order details by submitting a support ticket.
My order date is Sunday, November 30th, 2025, and I paid £177.09 GBP using PayPal.
I've already paid for this service, but I don't know what will happen next—this uncertainty is making me very uncomfortable.
If the service returns to normal, I'm perfectly willing to pay again. That's no problem at all.
I just saw on other communities that someone else experienced the server going down unexpectedly.
Just like we all complete in one
There isn't a business though, just a trading name and a whole load of mess.
I'm going to keep re-iterating this - as Lewis was operating as a sole trader, he remains personally liable for this, and the Stripe account etc will have been in his personal name.
He might have thought he pulled off the perfect exit scam, but he hasn't, unless there's a layer of fraud we haven't yet uncovered.
You should chargeback , eric/lewis said hes not responsible for old contracts and he will suspend the service so backup your data and chargeback , dont suppirt scam by letting go 177£,
Lewis said "no takebacksies" as they pinky swore the transfer.
Can you please quote the source? Missed it
"triple ram deals with 30GB are bad"
And eric repeatedly said "your contracts were with lewis not me so i m not bound to honor them"
To me that's about the most believable part. He probably rented 48 core monsters and planned to put a couple of hundred customers on each and then found out that margins are so razor thin that it only works out when you've sold 90%+ of your capacity.
The monthly outgoings would be the same regardless of the number of customers, which is precisely why so many providers do offer these crazy deals - they desperately want more income so they can break even, even if it means selling some at a loss. The previously sold ones at a higher price balance it all out so they can break even and hopefully make a small profit. Also, people have slightly lower expectations on the crazy deals, so you can oversell them more as long as that doesn't impact the customers paying the higher prices too much.
I think that's part of the reason providers can't create more than one offer thread in 14 days. But such rules are always relaxed around BF time.
I bet you're at least a little bit aroused by it though...
Having caught up now, I think I was wrong to suggest more of a wait and see approach.
Merry Christmas everybody!
Hot take: Lewis sacrificed his business to create good drama that LET lacked this year

@MaxTakeba for future owner of @VeloxMedia
Most importantly: tell us who you are (full name and company details) and your experience in the industry. Shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes to respond with this.
The only thing I would, have done, right now is contact Stripe to ensure no subscriptions are in place.> @rpqu said:
How to liquidate a sole trader.
Classic!
So guys, does this deadpool count towards 2025 or 2026? Asking for my bingo card.
Can you say something different than spam everwhere?
Both 21st and 25th are 2025
The issue with step 0 is that the number of service providers, banks, and payment providers that require the director to agree to waive that right.
Hence, you can purchase insurance to cover your personal liability instead.
Also, as I have stated previously. It's not a 100% get out of jail free card. Liquidation requires validation and approval. If they think for one minute that the whole thing is a scam they will refuse to do it.
