This plan needs to be updated. The location is actually just Namecrane. So now it's Netherlands.

There won't be any discounts for DirectAdmin.

Oh well, but that's okay, Namecrane is also good. May I ask which Netherlands is it? shared0/shared02/shared03 or something else?
It might be better if you add LVE to make it clearer.

    Shared01

  • Okay, thanks for the answer.

  • Do the LVE limits in reseller plans apply to the reseller account or to each created account?

Is it possible to set individual LVE limits for each user account/control panel?

Does anyone have best practice for backing up / restoring user data?
I have a reseller cPanel account and want to keep users' backups on another server for longer retention (Hostbrr only keeps 15 days).
Currently I have to go into each account and manually download backups from JetBackup, or create a full backup and upload it to my server via SFTP.
Is there any proper or automated way to handle this in cPanel without entering each account manually?

If you have the credentials for those accounts you can try this

  • I know I'm about to ask the dumbest question ever seen on this forum. Does HostBrr shared hosting allow static files to automatically display in directories?

    Sure.

It is Litespeed Enterprise. I am not sure what you mean with if the workers are limited? It is a server side thing.

You can utilize all the RAM assigned to your account.

  • Thanks for your answer. I'm talking about this style of file navigation, accessed by the public in a browser via HTTPS. (I don't know why this example uses an "ftp" subdomain, because it doesn't appear to be FTP.)

    @labze said: Sure

Is there a setting to enable it in HostBrr, or is it usually a default?

litespeed has different licenses inlcuding different ram limits and woker processes (x-times the litespeed process to balance workload), thats why i was still hesitating to try it and see it as an opportunity now.

We primarily use the Web host enterprise license.

  • Thanks for the fast answers and clarification.
Gonna place an order then. :)

There's a small restock of the Turin and Threadripper plans. Get them while stock lasts!

    Happy new years everybody!

That entirely depends on cancelations. Unfortunately due to the rising hardware costs it isn't feasible to setup a new server anytime soon.

Open a ticket? There aren't any 36 hours downtime

  • My partner opened a ticket. She has had no service for about 36 hours. Both directadmin panels disabled (old and new). I have no reason to lie and I am not lying. Perhaps you should check your tickets, maybe like 2284976

I can see your issue is related to the Storagebox. Perhaps better to make such a comment in a thread dedicated to that, otherwise I'd assume this issue is for our shared hosting.
