Seoul to Seoul is 100ms via Hong Kong.
China is 30% loss, MJJs are opening PayPal disputes.
good luck w that
I haven't shared any test information at all, so I am going to take a wild guess and say with utmost accuracy that you are wrong.
IPV4
151.245.106.1
place of origin
Seoul Special City, South Korea
carrier
HostHatch LLC
http://www.webkaka.com/Ping.aspx (Ping Test Network)
The overall review latency for 32 cities in China (excluding overseas) has a Ping value of 98ms and a rating of good.. The number of nodes with a packet loss rate greater than 0 on the three major lines of China Telecom, China Mobile, and China Unicom is 9, and the rating is good. The average jitter value of the three major transmission lines is 14ms, and the stability rating of the host network is poor.
I have not shared any test IPs so far, so pretty much any tests shared so far are inaccurate.
Will there be a surprise?
As a provider I would block all routes to China (and announce that in product description) to have less to hassle with with all those MJJs complaining.
Would also help in having less problems and by that more stable service for e.g. anyone looking for a stable South Korea host for South Korea (and not China).
That's irrelevant if servers are being deployed and your customers test and post about them.
Unless you're saying none have been deployed to customers yet.
MJJ found 151.245.106.0/24 in BGP announcements.
Servers aren't delivered to customers yet, despite the "10 working day" deadline has passed for the earliest orders.
Some may get slightly delayed.™️
Chimaek party starts.
Edit:
I see 2ms to 6ms from different ISPs and networks in South Korea, tasty Chimaek.
Yabs:
Looking good (ps: geofeed not updated yet, this is Seoul).
Why is your Korean VPS working, but mine isn't even powered on yet?
Patience
Why is your Korean sister pumping, but ours isn't even born yet?
Mine was delivered 36 minutes ago. They may be deploying.
Atm silicon valley and lax seem to have better connections than Seattle. (Mostly Telstra via SF/SV area).
Japan/Tokyo some good some via HK atm.
Singapore looks good.

We bought a Seoul plan for our uptime network monitor and have receive the setup. I believe other should also receive it. 151.245.106.x was the range where it was setup.
I see what you did there with that GIF, and no I'd never look at a fumo like that.
It'd be more like this:
