  • The node mirror in South Korea has not been launched yet. I think if we calculate from the time of placing the order, it will take 10 working days (about December 15th at the latest) to open the South Korean node I ordered. I think I need to apply for a refund because I cannot wait for them to say that the promised time has exceeded too long.

You didn't read when placing the order?

But please do read what you are buying as these are non refundable / exchangeable.

They didn't even exceed the promised time. Also, didn't you read that there's no refund policy?

  • Why would you order a product that takes 2 weeks to set up and "may get slightly delayed" if you MUST have it by a certain time?

Didn't you see their promise of 10 working days?
Did you see that they said before that Seoul Mirror would be launched on December 2nd? But how long has it been since I withdrew? The mirror of Seoul hasn't appeared yet!
Secondly, I have been waiting for them for 10 working days, or even 15 working days, but it does not mean that unlimited delay in activation has become a valid reason!
What if it's not activated all the time, even if you wait for a year without activation, can't you apply for a refund?
Shouldn't we feel ashamed of unlimited delay? Shouldn't I refund after exceeding my promised time?
Since you think they claim not to refund, does that mean they don't need a refund even if they permanently don't activate it? Are you sure your thinking is normal?

Can't you understand what I'm saying? I have declared that I will give more than 10 working days, even if it is slightly longer, but I will not wait indefinitely~

  • The Seoul Mirror, which was only promised on December 2nd, has not been launched yet. I don't think they can complete the setup within 10 working days, and I don't even have confidence in 15 working days.

  • @hosthatch The new Seoul location sounds quite useful, but last time I had a BGP service from you guys, you ended up removing the upstream I was using, suppressing my announcements to what was meant to be the replacement upstream, and never replying to my ticket after that, until I cancelled the service 3 months later (ticket 927553).

HostHatch being an American company is prohibited from doing business in North Korea.

You can get North Korea from iHostART:

What I'm complaining about is that they said they would withdraw from the Seoul node mirror on December 2nd, but I haven't seen it yet. What I'm complaining about is their lack of credit. Can't you understand?

What I'm saying is that they said they would launch the Seoul Mirror on December 2nd, but I haven't seen it yet. Can't you understand? Why do you repeatedly dwell on 10 working days?

HostHatch is never on time for opening new location.
You’ll be lucky to have Seoul ready by Lunar New Year.

Dec 02 is a broken promise.
10 working days would be a broken promise too.
You’ll be able to request refunds after 10 working days have elapsed, if you so choose.

We’ll likely wait longer, as long as it’s within 180 days i.e. PayPal dispute period.

  • Seoul late.

Read your first post I replied to. But worry not, your chicken will be delivered.
I'm out and wish you get refunded.

here we go again,it always same thing every year. why bother to buy here

  • I also bought a Seoul server, but I wish they would delay its launch. I don’t really have a need—just another impulse purchase. If they would launch it next Dec., it is like getting an extra year for me. B) B) B)
