You mentioned it yourself 10 working days, meaning you did read it. It just you so bad at counting. You work from Monday - Sunday?

    Can't you understand?
What I'm saying is that they said they would launch the Seoul Mirror on December 2nd, but I haven't seen it yet. Can't you understand? Why do you repeatedly dwell on 10 working days?

Did you order it via the BF25 page? If so:
Doesn't matter when they say they will launch the location. What you signed up for is 10 working days provisioning.
This came up on Nov 28. Assuming you ordered on Nov 28 and we count that day, it's been 6 working days. Stop complaining.

If you just ordered a normal VPS on their homepage at a normal price, then ticket in and ask.

No, we don't have HostLoc account, because we can't obtain an invitation.

  • Half a month is about to pass, is it expected to be opened before the end of the month? If it cannot be opened before the end of the month? I don't know what the Virgin Mary said before? I don't know how HostHatch will respond, and how will they face the majority of buyers?
This year's promotion seems to have fewer buyers compared to previous years. It is estimated that this is due to last year's judgment that the opening of the host chat will far exceed their promises. Secondly, the stability of the host chat network has indeed fluctuated greatly, exceeding the general stability requirements. The network stability of various nodes is extremely poor, such as Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, and other nodes. It will be found that the stability fluctuates greatly within a day, and the regular network performance is extremely poor. If hosthatch does not improve its network stability, it is unlikely to exist for a long time.

    Are ou MJJ?
Why did you order if you were so convinced that the product would be crappy?

Hosthatch is not perfect, but I’m pretty sure they are improving and growing
They have also been around for a long time, so I doubt they will go bankrupt just because you think their product won’t meet your expectations.

I don’t understand why you are being so harsh.
If you want instant delivery and only want to test the service for a month, then just buy a monthly plan from the website.

If you are so sure the product is bad, then don’t buy it at all, especially not with a long term commitment, promotion or not.

I can’t speak for the asian locations, but the european locations have very good network stability and performance.

I'm not defending HH, just stating facts.

You're mixing up network congestion with server issues. The server is fine, it's just the transit to China that's congested. That's what happens when you use commodity transit instead of premium lines.

Honestly, expecting optimized routing at HostHatch pricing is unrealistic. If it works well for China, it's pure luck. If it doesn't, well, that's standard for budget providers. Adjust your expectations to the price tag instead of calling the node 'unstable'.

Perhaps it's just the unstable phenomenon caused by network congestion when arriving in China, as others have said. As for the evidence, it's sensory feedback used by myself and many friends. Finally, may I ask if you provide refund services for users who have not been able to be listed for more than 10 working days? Although you claim that discounted products do not offer refunds, I would like to ask if it exceeds your promised 10 working days, such as 20 working days or more? Even unlimited delays do not provide refunds?

Yes, feel free to open a ticket right away and we'll refund you in full even though it has not been 10 working days yet.

How do you know what their sales figures are?

Secondly, the stability of the host chat network has indeed fluctuated greatly, exceeding the general stability requirements.

    Wat?

The network stability of various nodes is extremely poor, such as Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, and other nodes.

If you're complaining that you haven't received your VPS, how can you possibly know this?

It will be found that the stability fluctuates greatly within a day, and the regular network performance is extremely poor.

Oooooh, you can predict the future. Riiiight.

If hosthatch does not improve its network stability, it is unlikely to exist for a long time.

    I doubt they're going anywhere.

There are always a few people like you who can't stop moaning. But there are lots of people like me who renew every server every time and always in line to buy another whenever there's a promotion. Because we know what the quality is like and know it's good value.

Even if the service is provisioned slightly late (which has only happened once for me in 6 promotions), compared to the time I'll keep the server for, a little delay at the start makes no difference. And the renewal date was also adjusted to reflect the date the service became operational.

Same here. They're not my favorite provider but their value is definitely undeniable. That for me is enough to stay a loyal customer. The uptime for their storage servers (past offers) was 99.9%+. The performance could probably be better but at the same time it's definitely good enough (or better). I had a bad experience with their non-storage servers but I cancelled those.

@hosthatch When will your next promotion be available?

    Objective reviews from personal experience:

    1. The quality and stability of their VPS must be acknowledged; that's undeniable.

    2. Customer service responds quickly (I've tried it).

    3. Technical support for promotional packages is slower than for regular packages (they clearly state this). I haven't tried it yet...

    4. I received my VPS approximately 13 hours after payment (much earlier than they stated).

Overall, my personal experience is perfect. I plan to buy more 😃

If you’re letting go Tokyo or Seoul servers, I may be interested in those (if it’s OK w/ @hosthatch)

  • Looking for the 8GB RAM triennial in SG as well ;)

Unless there are certain conditions for promos or something that I'm not aware of, Hosthatch allows transfers for a fee of $10. You can transfer the server from the controlpanel, don't even need to ticket.

  • I am wondering when those hosting providers will have "sensory feedback refund abuse" in their ToS just for MJJ

  • @Dreamcm said: It will be found that the stability fluctuates greatly within a day, and the regular network performance is extremely poor.

Quote from sales website "This sale is advertised on Lowendtalk.com - and comes with special terms and service, including low priority access to technical support, compared to our standard servicecs. There may also other specific drawbacks on promotions. Please read the advertisement in full. Purchasing this service means that you understand and accept these special terms"

Hosthatch really didn't mention about optimized network to Mainland China
