    I think legalish steroids. But all the best gyms sell both, so I'm a bit confused.

    They just ease the muscular pain after a workout session. Don't recommend them, because at times, they might just hide any muscular tears or spasms. Don't wanna wake up the next day hating gym.

    Do they also ease the pain of working out the other muscle? Asking for a friend.

    I have no idea. But, seriously, taking creatine should be moderated, if at all, you are hell bent on using it for GYM.

    Hell yeah, Creatine isn't exactly an addictive drug or those bad ones. But, yah, anything in excess can become addictive.

    I have never been against trying new food, except a few which are a big NO NO for me. I see vlogs of Thailand and some south asian countries and I go, I am never doing that. But, I can understand that it's normal for them. Just cultural differences, you know.
