    i never said it was a small fee. but when you getting paid via Payoneer, the also only take, well for me - $3, and withdraw to my regular bank account - $1.5. i do have the card, but after checking what kind of fees they'll slap me with, only keeping it "just in case"..

    PS i also think $2 on a $5 purchase is quite a lot.

    Its usually base fee + percentage of transactions. So when you make small payments, its a rippoff.

    lets make it clear, it is not unjust, it's a fee that you gotta pay if you have no other way. it is quite justified. it is same fee for a 200 euro transaction or 2000. if you go withdraw money from an ATM that is not in your bank's network, your bank will charge you like 2-3EURO, is it unjust? no, it is justified, just go to your bank's ATM.. but if you have no other way, you get a fee. it does seem high for a small transaction amount, which is exactly what i was trying to show. but crypto also charges a fee. you go in thinking it'll be 10USDT and end up paying 11.5USDT or something..

    Agreed. They gotta make money but its a bitch doe micro payment. Better off making a wire (Sepa) free unless you're a business, still cheap

    Let me tell you a bit about India here. There are loan apps here that gets access to your photos and contacts on phone and dif you don't pay, they hire recollection agencies that morph and abuse your photos you never consented for use, to blackmail yout into paying.
    But, recently, Govt took steps to curb these apps and severely punish them.

    Man, that's fucked up. Glad the gov is taking action!

    Yup, at some point, these idiots sent morphes photos to a judge and such incidents where high profile people are affected got them trapped in their own nets.

    Yah, they really FAFOed! I mean yes recollection agencies are know to be huge harassment everywhere in the world. But, these guys were lowest of the scum

    besides that you right, here in USA they actually sometimes buy off unpaid taxes debt from government, or maybe forced to buy, anyways - this is a type of debt they are not allowed to harass you about, they only send couple of letters and call once or twice.. and that's it.

    It's always a bad idea to get into debt with the government. It's not easy to get out of unless you go bankrupt.

    actually government can give you a payment plan for month-to-month repayment.. easier. collection agency wants at least more-than-half paid to give you leeway with monthlies.

    Yes, but over here. They will never forfeit your debt. If you can't pay your bills, take care off the ones you owe to the gov, try to work out something with the others.

    It's unfortunate to see your optimism take a hit. I guess my pessimism is contagious. But, at the end of the day, we do have the social butterfly. Fret not, brethren! :)

    and it's not even that. i am naturally optimistic and happy, but when it comes to something i want - the only way for me is not to think about it, not to want it, not to think i got it already, because it spooks the luck. this is how i grew up, this is how i live my life. all that manifesting garbage was because i won the $10 from some provider that i can't even spent it there, 1 VPS there costs $7 per month, kidding me? but that kinda inspired me to think i may win or succed elsewhere.. i think i entered 20-25 BF giveaways in last few days. i guarantee i will get nothing from nobody.
