Hey @Matthew18_ thank you for that. The PP process I know has changed over the years. It's something that does take some attention to keep up on.
Thanks for the comment.
well u talking to bot
It's amazing, I just received a decision from PayPal saying that they are siding with the seller. I wonder what the seller wrote that made PayPal decide that undelivered working servers are okay. It's interesting, I'm going to file an appeal. They wrote that it can be done until December 6, 2025.
they were impressed by his messagebot ai thanking each sentence
awesome,cool,double resource for u
I think Danny just said that he provided all the servers and they had a minor glitch, PayPal didn't want to investigate and closed the case in favor of the seller. Basically, that's all you need to know about this payment system. I'm disappointed. At the moment, I have neither money nor goods, and the scammer Danny will probably be very happy about that. This world can be unfair.
Mod, what do you think? As far as I understand, DediRock is advertised on your platform.
Bro he's a reseller for the owner of this forum, get a grip.
Anyway, luckily he very clearly stated:
So do let us know when you receive your refund.
Did you not see that @DediRock said he would refund you even if he won the dispute? I would suggest you don't file the appeal and wait for him to process the refund.
You can be little polite with him and ask for refund from @DediRock
He should be happy to send you refund (may be deduct the paypal fee).
I think you should just make nice with Danny, he seems to want to make every customer happy.
I've known Danny for a long time. A+ guy.
Right, I didn't think of that. How silly.
Being a good guy isn't a profession. The fact remains that after 14 days, there are no servers, no money, just promises.
You filed a paypal dispute, right? So you lose the ability to talk about whether your service is active or not. Full stop.
If you message @DediRock and ask to make a happy solution I am 100% sure it will get fully resolved to everyone's satisfaction.
And I disagree 100% that being an A+ guy, like Danny is, doesn't translate to how you do business. I think it matters.
@yabl0ky if close it right now, I'll refund immediately, and leave the servers on.
PayPal ruled in favor of DediRock because he told them that he provided the service in full, so who is lying? If there is no service, then where is my money? If there is a service, then why doesn't it work? I contacted Danny every day for 10 days on Telegram, but he didn't resolve anything. You should read the first message. There are screenshots there.
I'm not sure there's any percentage in this dialog though man. Paypal ruled against you, @DediRock is still offering the refund, take the money and run.
I wouldn't bother with his offer of keeping the services but that's just me. Although.. you never got the services you actually contracted for so I dunno what he's talking about keeping them online, whatever though.
How will you get your money back? How will you technically do that?
As for the servers, they still don't work, and I don't know how you convinced PayPal that you provided the service. Even the website itself isn't working at the moment

well, or here
well, or here
And here the site decided that it had already served its purpose

Thank you, I don't need your servers, I need my money, but I don't understand, first of all, what guarantees do you have that you will return it to me, and secondly, how will this work technically? Bank transfer? IBAN? Or PayPal?
Can you personally guarantee that DediRock will refund my money if I close the dispute in PayPal?
You probably didn't read the discussion. I asked Danny many times to give me my money back, and this nice guy kindly promised me many times that he would do so, and here we are.
Hey @yabl0ky I understand man, ya once you close it, then we refund back to original payment method, very simple and straight forward.
Hoping for the best man.
Can you explain how you will technically return the money? I'm not sure if my account can accept it, for example.
hey @yabl0ky it just goes back to original form of payment. Or I can just send you a payment, either way is cool.
Thx
If the forum administrator (This is how I understand it: @jbiloh ) agrees to guarantee that you will fulfill your promises, I will do so.
At this point I am rooting for @DediRock to just close the account and keep the money.
The amount of work for some 7$ VPS can't be worth it.
Mjj behavior
Why so fussy? If I was next to you I'd pay you from my own pocket right away and ask Danny to pay me later.
You have LET as witness, just take te money.
This discussion is very enlightening. It's impossible to stop the dispute after so many lies.
This logic of avoiding conflict resolution via PayPal is just a statistical argument in favor of the provider : “Look, I refund every time, this customer is an exception, there's no point in trying to understand the situation.”
In fact, everything is done to go beyond the simple situation: no services = refund.
The strategy is crystal clear.
@DediRock - for your protection, do not do an out-of-paypal payment in lieu of a refund.
Refund it through paypal. Then it's between the customer and paypal how the money gets back to his payment source.
But keeping it looking like he's paid and you paying him a different way means he still has the opportunity to appeal even after he gets the money from you. From the way he's acting, he sounds like that kind of customer.
I'm just asking the forum administration for guarantees that the good guy won't deceive me again.
This is rich. All this bitching and whining for refund and now your account can't take refund.
plot twist
I favourise to end this discussion here and let them do the last steps in PM.
The guarantee of payback is allready given. Mr Biloh says it too, take the money back and forget the story.
Okay, let's wrap this up. I'm canceling sports betting on PayPal, and I'm asking @DediRock to refund my money.
