    Hey @OpaqueRegistrant thanks for the comment. Ya I def do not want chargebacks, lots of work in them right? That is why I had offered a refund 3 times, and about 12 hours after the last offer I got the chargeback? It's ok though I think it will work out for both parties, and might even still be able to keep the business relationship.

    Ya I think everything was uploaded to PayPal and we are working with them so they can come to a conclusion, I am okay with whatever they come up with.

    On the money part, I am actually cool on that and will offer the service for free for one month and a refund :) It's just that it went to a dispute and not refund.

  • So what kind of dispute you've opened? If you upgrade the dispute, they have to pay you extra $15 except refund, that's not the deal.

That’s stable, low-noise revenue for any provider with spare capacity.

    However, the reported 7 days of uptime out of 15 is not a 'low-margin' issue; it is a critical failure, indicative of an economically unstable model (be it ponzi or aggressive load regulation). My only requirement is basic operational stability, not expensive features. If a provider cannot guarantee fundamental uptime, the €7*х is still wasted capital.

    Hey @indiankesh ya you are def right man :) Needed to set up automation before taking this order, lesson learned :) Main issue was while trying to manually deliver the VM's with non-contigous IPs, orders were coming in and taking up the IPS.

    Hey @lowendclient its def appears to be a dispute, I think it will all work out though.

    If the buyer closes it (I think that is better for the PayPal account) then I can turn around and just refund with no issue.

    Fuck yeah. It'll cost him more, but I like the lesson it sends to the OP. The asshole just had to say yes to the three refund offers instead of opening a dispute out of spite for not delivering his custom request in his timeframe.

    OP, you could have had a refund in under 24 hours most likely if you just asked him in the ticket but now I hope this drags out as long as possible.
