Perhaps others who purchase your products will also encounter more deception! Please keep your promises, instead of telling consumers before they make a payment that it is certain, absolutely, and guaranteed that the product is located in LA, only to change your commitment after the payment is made.

even though they advertise LA and LA2 they have no location selector

so glad i dodged a bullet on the storage flash deals cos it most likely won't have LA.

its already 2025 soon and "creative marketing" is not appreciated

  • Maybe its because "The offer expires at midnight or until supplies last" and because its manually activated, they cant assign the vps to LA because its out of stock 🤔

The key point lies in the promises made after inquiries before payment, the denial after payment, and the subsequent marketing of LA2. Can you still trust the promises of a business that has been operating for many years? I hope I am the only consumer being deceived. :/

Do you use LA Link to purchase the product? they seems use 2 different link for NY and LA..

I feel like we're in different worlds and unable to communicate. He could have chosen not to deceive me before the payment instead of changing his promises after receiving the money. :'(

They didn't know which product you want to buy before you purchase it, or at least state it in the ticket before, he didn't deceive because maybe SOME products can be activated in LA, and as it stated before, until supplies last

Are you forcibly explaining the relationship and definition between deception and negligence?

It's either deception or negligence. He clearly knows that the consumers' questions refer to whether the products on the order are located in LA or can be moved to LA. I believe the content I mentioned in my two inquiries was very clear, unless he was drunk, LOL.

  • They should issue a refund and you should find another provider. Definitely sleazy that they bait and switch after taking your money.

I wouldn't even bother with the Colocrossing reseller

If you want a solid server in LA check out

    https://alphavps.com
    https://advinservers.com

and if you don't mind a bit outside of LA (very similar latency)

https://linveo.com (Phoenix) and https://hosteons.com (Salt Lake City)

The key point lies in the promises made after inquiries before payment, the denial after payment, and the subsequent marketing of LA2. Can you still trust the promises of a business that has been operating for many years? I hope I am the only consumer being deceived. :/

Do you use LA Link to purchase the product? they seems use 2 different link for NY and LA..

I feel like we're in different worlds and unable to communicate. He could have chosen not to deceive me before the payment instead of changing his promises after receiving the money. :'(

Absent the word, "promise", no promise was made. That being said, this appears to be an error/mistake/oversight and would be good customer service to refund.

Also, what did they say in the ticket when you pointed out they advertise LA2 available?

We did not predict at all that much traffic or orders, def will get this worked out. As for your order man your totally right, there was a lot of confusion, and very sorry for the experience. If your willing please drop me and ticket and I can figure out some sort of make good, if not that's cool to. Either way thank your time.
