YES, WE WANT A GREAT GIVEAWAY, THE KIND OF GIVEAWAY THAT HASN'T BEEN DONE YET! BRING IT ON!
Took it down working on scraper enhancement and Don't want the db to be botcher in between
When a Giveaway comes up...
Two GA missed, cause I was working on something.....
You should have fun too as well buddy
Well, I'm going to step away for a bit. Taking my lunch hour to run a couple errands since it's possible to rain/snow/ice this afternoon (would be first snow/ice of the year so everyone forgets how to drive with it) though it's possible it will miss the city
Hi @BasToTheMax -- hahaha, love the ambition! Anything is possible if you put effort into it
Well that's true!
Hi @noob404 -- not a bad choice at all, especially with all the RAM shortages going on right now. By the way, even with everything happening in the hardware market, we still managed to pull off some seriously solid value for this year's Black Friday
Looks great, thank you for sharing. I'll have to check that out.
@sh97 Happy birthday
(as of yesterday)
Because yes
Because no no no
It should be working again.
Any news on the EU specials
Would love to get one - but the 6$ is just not worth it.
There is France, haha
Yes but it's 6$ more, for that price you can get a whole vpn server sometimes
I would like to double my bandwidth:
RackNerd - Order 4083353285
So quiet in here....
The server price surcharge in the EU is more of a company policy. It's probably expensive. Taxes, transportation, internet…
I saw an offer somewhere for 7€ per year, but it's in the US. I can share the link with you personally. There's no cryptocurrency payment, so it's useless for me
While writing this, I couldn't help but wonder: why do people use VPNs? Bypassing blocks, changing locations, getting a permanent IP address that doesn't change, accessing/connecting to Tor. Feel free to add to this and share your ideas; I'd be interested in reading this.
IT'S THE SEASON, BLACK FRIDAY HYPE with REAL DEALS. CHECK THEM OUT: https://www.racknerd.com/BlackFriday/ 🔥
I think there is some type of expense that have to account for with some servers which is why there's an additional fee. Do think for a cheap deal, you're either going to have to wait for a flash sale from Dustin (I'd assume the additional fee would still be in the price) or the huge BF thread but that won't be through our trusted racknerd.
Quite easy.
Security.
My server firewall only allows connection from a dedicated ip.
Since my home ip changes every 24hr i'm using a VPN-VPS to connect to my server.
Also i like to have it as gateway when traveling or using unsecure Wifi.
Ans as an entrypoint to my home network / home server.
Public ip -> RemoteProxy, WG -> Home Server.
Makes my local Nextcloud avaliable from everywhere
nws.sh
you got me.. i always sit down. it was just for the sake of the joke. 😝
