my thoughts as well.. do what i can for 2-3 weeks, then try to reevaluate the situation and see if I can continue or not.. and if it's worth continue trying..
but for now just having fun. making it harder for @dustinc to find those posts askign for double bandwidth and such..
gl.inet makes some nice travel routers (I can only personally comment on the travel routers) but I hear they also make nice "home" routers.
I recommended Kick, because they have a better monetisation share than Twitch and from what I have heard, aren't as headstrong when it comes to banning creators.
Another option is to get a cheap rockpi or radxa sbc connect it to router setup adguard or technitium dns use the ip as dns resolver in router network settings.

I don't think anyone is going to watch the raw footage. So I'll edit it into shorter videos.
My plan is to turn my 10 hours of footage into one (or maybe two) videos of ~15-20 minutes. Only keeping the interesting parts.
Restreamer to the rescue
I'll look into it when i'm home!
Yeah, I will enable adguard on my travel router sometimes but I basically keep that thing in a backpack since I do use it strictly ad a travel router. I should look into setting something up at home, even if I need to create a VM for it
Sweet deal on the 2.5/2 ... Let me get my wallets 😁
i am trying not to miss anything, that's why I am on page 33 when there's 35 pages already.. cannot catch up for all the trying.. even forgetting caps already
LOL! You are wrong on the last part there. He is an expert at that. I sometimes wonder how he manages. I don't wanna jinx it, but, be assured that he will not miss a single post for double bandwidth and will also find the time to reply to our conversations. I have seen him at work for 2 years. Hope RackNerd keeps this up for many more years to come.
I really hope you could add europe VPS at the same price as your US based datacenters. I have been using Rackknerd VPS in Amsterdam and quality is just unmatched.

Yah, they are the recommended brand when it comes to OpenWrt apart from the official Owrt 1. They have got some good home routers as well. Unfortunately, shipping them to India can be a pain.
Or use nearby Racknerd VPS
I'd like to get my double bandwidth.

thanks a lot!
no worries, i've seen it.
so far I am also removing long quotes, cause used to doing it.. but for speed maybe i shouldn't..
Just 20 minutes of work left today
And then i can go home
Thought about that as well. Do have a Luckfox Pico at home, not being used. May require some hardware mod, but, Ig, i could put it to use as an ad blocker.
Not an issue. Keep it up for the next few days and you will soon surpass us all.
Yah, just go with the flow. As I said, we do cover various topics that are general for most cases, such that anyone and everyone can participate.
Certainly can I have seen guys using esp32 for a custom dns sinkhole.
Awesome, I will have hit my bed by then. But, you guys, keep the convo and the aprty alive
That's a good option as well. Those cost like under 300.
he's name is TOBY
sometimes call him TUBBY or my GINGER GUY [GG].. as I mentioned elsewhere, I have 8 cats total. all from the back alley.
We will! And sleep well.
That's so generous of you. And yah, that's a common practice. I am 70% sure that I know my dogs don't know their real names. I call them whatever I feel like - Bubbly, Chubby, whatever.
Thanks, bud.
Yup but using large blocklists are no go there.
an article on TorrentFreak actually states once you start blocking stuff, it's a slippery slope.. so i personally just vigilantly avoid ads and close popups.. if you good and fast enough - popups don't harm.
