Man, right now, I can't even access my CF dashboard! This is disappointing. I really don't wanna go back to my domain registrar to reset everything.

Or you can wait some time and everything will get back to where it was. Unless it is business critical...

Hopefully. Didn't realise till this point that CF has my only real income source in its palms.

Does your site generate a lot?

Hell no, $100 every 4-5 months

    Still more than $0 xD

Yes, and right now, CF is taking that away from me as well.

    Bunny.net is PAYG, with a $1/month minimum

Oh, I didn't know that. I learned about them from the BF thread last year.

    i use bunny

How is it comapred to CF?

It's just CDN you will still need to use some good WAF in front you know the reason.

Oh yah. I really need to startinvesting in setting up my own so that I don't face these problems.

For cdn i guess bunny or gcore should be enough what I am looking at is solving WAF and performance impact.

Are you using a custom solution or Bunny currently?

For cdn i am currently with bunny+gcore+CF in a mix although CF was also handling WAF and gcore and bunny as cdn endpoints only.

Oh ok. Went over my head, but, definitely learn mroe about it,
Might have to implement something other than CF very soon.

My main concern for switching over is WAF related bunny and gcore WAF doesn't perform really great with WAF on so they are only used as CDN with custom endpoints for serving accelerated statics. While the website loads with CF with WAF although it comes with cdn i don't find it faster compared to bunny.

How much do you think an average person would have to spend if they wanted their own CDN?

thousands, you have few continets / few big countries... and then terabystes and terabystes of bw for something larger

faster, but lacks some features i dont really use anyways

Oh alright. On average, how much are you paying per month?

1$ i think, i just use it for dns, i dont have many internet facing websites.... the traffic is low, low enought not to care

That's affordable. I thought their cheapest plan was $10-20.

For my grandfathered account it's pay as you as you go

How much do you pay per month, on an average?

But, for just that, isn't CF the better option or rather the domain registrar itself?

ofc but bunny is even better, due to geodns and other cool tools they have

WAF protects your web from malicious threat actors and you know what BOTs.

Unfortunately, no. But, there are a few workarounds, including reshippers that can ship to you from US to EU for a charge. Or, you can always opt for RackNerd credits equivalent to the price of the PC. That means you are set for life when it comes to VPS and hosting.
