How is it comapred to CF?

It's just CDN you will still need to use some good WAF in front you know the reason.

Don't they have a shielf/WAF product now too? I think it has a free tier if i remember correctly

I guess but I don't think they are good enough for WAF when compared to CF and safeline, or even bunker web.

    How bad are you affected

Personally not bad. Few things I self-host are inaccessible though cloudflare but I can reach them by IP

The only reason I am considering switching over to my own solution(cdn + safeline WAF) but it will take a good enough time to see any production ready solution I can come up with.

For how easy (and free) CF is, I am willing to tolerate some downtime. If I was a paying customer and relying on them for my livelihood, much more upset

and... @noob404 came late but he is already in top 5 :D

I promise you, this time, I am just gonna a benchwarmer. Got too much going on IRL to be able to be online for almost 16-18 hours in a day like last 2 years. Also have some health concerns that are gonna be an issue this time. But, a part of me would defo love to have the gaming PC, ngl.

    Health issues? Fr?

Not anything major, for now, I believe. But, I have been asked for almost 2 years now to regulate my sleep schedule if I want to live healthy. And, like any other tech addict, I have been ignoring the advice and it's startign to show.

Ohh that I can guess and i believe I am also in the same boat along with over reliance on caffeine.... Life's a sucker tbh

Dude, I have been telling you since last year. You have to somehow remove coffee from your daily diet or atleast reduc the frewquency of your caffeine consumption, like fr.

Already reduced, but I still think it's too much, might need another year really cut down some visible improvements.

Yah. Caffeine wasn't exactly supposed to be abused like you do. I still remember the numbers you gave last year. I am glad you are cutting down on it.

Lol yeah I was really running with caffeine as a fuel....

Pretty sure, given last year's numbers, your body was 70% caffeine instead of water.

Oh yah. I really need to startinvesting in setting up my own so that I don't face these problems.

For cdn i guess bunny or gcore should be enough what I am looking at is solving WAF and performance impact.

Man, right now, I can't even access my CF dashboard! This is disappointing. I really don't wanna go back to my domain registrar to reset everything.

Or you can wait some time and everything will get back to where it was. Unless it is business critical...

For cdn i am currently with bunny+gcore+CF in a mix although CF was also handling WAF and gcore and bunny as cdn endpoints only.

Oh ok. Went over my head, but, definitely learn mroe about it,
Might have to implement something other than CF very soon.

My main concern for switching over is WAF related bunny and gcore WAF doesn't perform really great with WAF on so they are only used as CDN with custom endpoints for serving accelerated statics. While the website loads with CF with WAF although it comes with cdn i don't find it faster compared to bunny.

But, for just that, isn't CF the better option or rather the domain registrar itself?
