For me they charge actual usage instead of min $1 on months it's 0.3 on another it's even 0.1

Unfortunately, no. But, there are a few workarounds, including reshippers that can ship to you from US to EU for a charge. Or, you can always opt for RackNerd credits equivalent to the price of the PC. That means you are set for life when it comes to VPS and hosting.

If it could be sent to EU, then maybe it would be great, but anything in the prize pool would work, because anyways it will be converted to RN credits
If it was a laptop, maybe I would agree to pay the taxes to get it shipped, but for desktop I don't have enough space.

Yah, depending on your country, importing a gaming PC would be a nightmare. Pretty sure every year, me, TrK and xpress7 discuss or rather vent out our grievances with the Indian customs dept.
