true. Even my tIckets are well handled here in 12-24 hours or even less. I had asked to whitelist my external vps ip and it was taken care of. even billing tickets were handled within a day. Emergency ticket can be like server gone down. I don't think anything beyond that is emergency that should get repsonse in under 30 mins.
I just want to chime in on this thread.
VERY VERY happy customer since 2023. The technical service has been flawless. And the customer service WELL above what I should get for the $$ I pay honestly.
I have not had to put in very many tickets... but they always get answered within 24 hours.
I find myself paying in ADVANCE.
(though I would love it if he would accept plan old BTC. I hate having to deal with ETH.)
I have recommended Hostbrr to several people. Of all the (many many) hosts I have tried during my addiction to LEB/LET Hostbrr is one of the TWO I consistently recommend.
Same, I wasn't really expecting much from a cheap shared hosting but the service Hostbrrr provides is exceptional. I haven't really had any issues other than occasional Redis shutdowns that were quickly resolved. Gotta say the service value is way higher than Hostinger lol.

I've been having 40-50 minute falls almost every day for the last month.
same here but I've Singapore cpanel plan, I believe someone abused phpMyAdmin, there are tons of questions every second. it literally crashes every 3-4 hours sometimes won't even last a day of uptime.
That doesn't sound right. We've had a few days with outages. It should be resolved now.
If you had outages for a month then please open a ticket because then you are having entirely different issues than what we've seen.
This has also been resolved. A client database was fucking up the MySQL server.

I've had several outages in the last two weeks.
At least 10 outages, some lasting a few minutes, others about 40 minutes.
It's not something I've caught on any monitors. With such issues don't hesitate to open a ticket so we can look into it. It may be a issue isolated for you or may be for all. My monitors only reported the few outages within the last few days and also only those I've seen tickets on.
Do you secure data on the storage boxes with raid or backups?
Storageboxes use RAID-60. It can withstand up to 6 simultaneous drive failures without data loss, and disks are hot-swappable so any potential disk failure won't result in downtime.
