Just wanted to say you guys are amazing.
I encountered a use case where I needed to upload something, but the option was not available on the panel.
I had to email it for that particular case.
Three days later, I checked the ticket, and there was now an option to upload attachments.
Crazy good stuff, working on feedback (I did not even give any tbh) and getting it implemented so fast!

yeah we do take a proactive approach to service improvements. Customers do not always have to request for a change, if support team notice something that could make customer's experience better, an improvement ticket will be created so that we can keep them under radar and action it whenever possible.
a few interesting features such as live vertical scaling, any cast ip, ... are under development as well.
