We're excited to join the LET community and have already received some great interest from members – thank you for the support!
As we continue to grow, roll out new features, and expand to additional locations, I thought it would be helpful to create a thread where we can share updates and provide a space for discussions and feedback about our services.

For our first update, we released PayPal support a few days ago, and we're exploring cryptocurrency payment options next. Additionally, we’re working on integrating rDNS management into our panel, which should be ready by the end of this month.

Oh wow just found out that the BW cap is pooled which means they are stacked and shared between all servers on your account. I couldn't be happier with the current service that they provide
It might change slightly in the future as we expand to other locations—for example, APAC may have a separate pool due to cost differences. We’ve spent a few months gathering feedback from LET users before adding these features to our offerings

ℹ️ Invoices for promo plans will expire in 30 minutes, and for regular orders, they will expire in 3 hours.
⚡️ We’ve updated the node selection algorithm so that new VMs will be placed on the node where you have the fewest VMs running. This enhances redundancy and fault tolerance for your critical applications. You can now monitor the progress of your BGP requests and check the status of your BGP sessions directly in the panel
Simplified BGP Session Requests
A dedicated form is now available for submitting BGP session requests, replacing the need to submit tickets. This enhancement provides a smoother and more efficient request process. Additionally, we've implemented automated RoA validation to prevent delays caused by invalid RoAs

But still waiting for Copy IP Address button to be added there. It's very odd why there is a Copy Button on Password, but not on the IP Address.

We're planning to expand to additional locations next year and enhance our backup and snapshot functionalities. This includes enabling customers to download snapshots and backups directly via the web console and API, ensuring you always have easy access to your backups for complete peace of mind.
