    So you threatened in a support ticket that you would post on LET if they didn’t issue a refund within X time.

    You might want to Google all the other cases where CloudCone and other providers has kicked MJJs for abuse. But let me guess, you’re the important MJJ curling kid who’s going to make them bend over or suffer.

  • The only time I remember a complaint on LET working to scare a provider was that time someone withheld nyr's affiliate commission

    Cloudcone does some shady shit to be honest.

    I bought a mail hosting for a year but just after a month, I delete organization and the whole contract/package got cancelled. In ticket, they offered the flash sale again for the year by paying again for the whole year.

    Left a very bad taste and that did hurt a lot but I accepted because I was the one who deleted the "organization" (I thought it was just a company name and you can delete in order to create a new one).

    So from personal experience, I will be on 50/50. Cloudcone does throw shit at times.

    OK, I'm sending up a screenshot from my account. Please summarize it like this:
    About 10+ days ago, I received an abuse email from Cloudflare. I followed the request from Cloudflare's notification to delete the copyrighted data and replied back to CloudCone that I had done it. Then 10 days later, CloudCone sent an inactivity ticket notification along with an email that looked like an unpaid bill notice. I submitted a ticket to explain but they keep saying they're updating and resolving it and to wait. I really don't know how long I have to wait.

    I replied that I had already deleted this data over 10 days ago, and now that the VPS has been suspended, what else can I do? It's been almost 4 days and they're still silent. I even created tickets begging for help but no one cares. Previously when I used Vultr, they at least let me log in to download my data.

    I really don't understand what else I can do in this situation :) If you were me, what would you think?

    I should also mention that CloudCone has been very supportive to me before, including refunding a VPS package that had I/O issues back to my credit balance. I was even planning to top up and buy more services, but they're treating their customers so unreasonably like this.

    adult, copyrighted image, url, but all content sourced from the Internet. No videos stored or distributed.

  • Well you're fucked. Maybe read the TOS before link or host adult. Linked or hosted is sadly the same, as its visible on your site. They might also stopped it, because you wrote too much tickets and where harassing them.

    Do you work at CloudCone? I'm not harassing them. Put yourself in this situation and then judge.

    The issue isn't about TOS or not. Yes, I violated copyright and I already removed it. It seems you have reading comprehension problems. If you don't have anything good to contribute, then you should go back to your workplace somewhere

    After 10 days, suddenly locking the customer's service when the customer has already followed the requirements, and they're just 'delay time' like passing the ball around? You really like that, don't you?

    I am the one paying for the service at CloudCone, not CloudCone hiring me to use their service.

    8 abuse complaints but they are the same one . And I already responded to all of those tickets. They didn't say anything and just simply suspended after the next 10 days. It's incomprehensible :)

    You are aware that you can’t host or publish (sourced from another location on the internet) adult material on CloudCone VPS right?

    So you should remove all your adult websites and adult content (hosted or not) from Cloudcone’s website

    Do I really have to list out all the service providers I've used , from big to small ? The problem is with CloudCone. Even companies smaller than them don't work like this.
