The Order Page is back online!
For the next hour only, you’ll get a 5% discount on your first payment period!
⚠️ Please note: the TCP issue still exists, so keep that in mind when placing your order.
Bandwidth is unfortunately quite expensive in our datacenter.
You can always upgrade your traffic volume via a support ticket.
We’re also working on a self-service upgrade feature for both traffic and storage, which will be available soon.
Um why is Turkey not listed in countries for billing address setup?
We’ve added Turkey to our list of supported countries.
If you’ve already created your account using another country, please open a ticket and we’ll update your country accordingly.
early offer?
The Early Bird offer is sold out and will not be restocked.
how about 7€ offer? I still feel ready for it
even an offer of €10-14 per year would be fine
I thought to try, but then couldn't trust my credit card number to such an error-prone front-end, and paypal is only to send to an email, and turns out email listed was always wrong, I am kinda at ease that I never went thru with the order, plus couldn't even see early bird special listed for the most part.. and now there's TCP issue.. maybe more time needs to be spent on checking and rechecking stuff. I know a lot of sellers here are first triers, I do get it, but this here does look hella sloppy, if not outright suspicious..
The TCP issue isn’t on our side, it occurs at the peering between our datacenter and Vodafone and mainly affects connections such as to GitHub.
For payments, we support multiple options:
PayPal via Stripe (direct VM payment or wallet top-up)
Credit card payments via Stripe
Manual PayPal payment to TopUp your Wallet
The Panel errors directly after launch were short-lived and quickly fixed. We had never experienced so much traffic before, which is why the issue had not appeared earlier.
The Early Bird special was very limited and sold out within just a few minutes.
Since our launch in May this year, many customers have already placed their trust in us. We own all our hardware ourselves and our entire management panel is fully self-coded, ensuring transparency and full control over our services.
I have their servers from Turin deal and this early bird deal. Apart from few downtimes which doesn’t exceed 10 minutes I don’t have any issue with them.
Their servers are superb, maybe a bit too good, bcs they have to limit stuff because they sell at LET prices for gen5 NVMe hard disks. Hardware wise they are amazing.
Network wise I didn’t had any issues so I can’t comment much but their peering is also really good. Hence the lower BW limits.
They have bigger server deals but of course more expensive but again their servers are not some old ass hardware.
With the invoicing, you can always pay monthly or switch to 3-6-12 month contract whenever you like and get a bit of discount.
Their custom panel has missing stuff, and they are constantly improving it seems, but I do get that not everyone is OK with custom made panels with some missing features.
I paid manually every month with my card and didn’t had any issues.
So I don’t think anything is shady about them. But again with the network issue and missing features I get what you mean. But still they worth a try
Same experience with ComputeBox, i have their Turin and Early bird EPYC servers and both are exceptional, Performance is unmatchable and value for money. Running Windows on One and Linux on other.
Never had any issue while ordering and deploying server.
Out of stock
Same here, managed to grab one Early bird EPYC and performance is top-notch, I think because they don't overload the host which is good practice 👍But the diskspace and bandwidth is not enough for my use case so I might have to let it go after a month or two. let's see
Mandatory YABS
What happens when Bandwidth is fully utilizes ?
Is server suspended until next month or speed is limited ?
The speed gets limited to 10MB/s
Only the 4× and 8× stacked plans were out of stock, we’ve now restocked those systems
10 MB/s, so 10 MegaByte/s? Or did you mean 10 Megabit/s ?
Thanks
Can we have a small restock for €7/yr please
Autocorrect did me dirty, it’s actually 10 Mb/s (Megabit per second).
Sorry for the confusion!
And what's the price for additional bandwidth?
I had a hunch
No worries.
I was just sharing my opinion, no harm intended.
@ComputeBox
@ComputeBox 7 Euro / year deal is OOS, could you please restock kindly? Thanks!
We currently don’t offer custom configurations for CPU or RAM, only stacked configurations.
On the EPYC 7763 line, disk upgrades are available at €0.50 (net) per month per 50 GB.
We are currently still waiting for the last provider to fix the connection errors. GitHub is already working again (The problem only occured on VMs that got IPs from a new subnet), but we continue to see problems with some routes to China and other places. As soon as everything is fully back up and running, we might restock something
last time which is some days ago, forgive my bad memory, i found the route to China was not bad, ion my opinion, its pretty good.
maybe something changed?
Not all routes are affected. With our old subnets, everything works fine, only the newest one is having problems. That means our old customers didn’t notice anything about this issue; it only affected customers who received IPs from our new subnet.
I’d say about 96% of connections are already working, and the problem with the last provider only affects a small number of people. Still, we don’t want to claim that everything is fixed when that isn’t true, so we’ll have to wait until the last provider resolves the issue completely.
Any ETA shared by the last provider ?
