Custom ISO support is still a bit further down the roadmap, as we currently have other priorities such as on-demand GPU servers.
If you’re missing a specific Linux distribution, please feel free to open a ticket. As long as a cloud image is available for that distro, we’ll be happy to add it to our template list.

Are the TURIN and 7763 in the same server room? I'm worried that if there's a problem with the wiring in the server room, both servers will have problems at the same time!
I would like to inquire whether the network bandwidth is capped at 500 Mbps. When transferring files via rsync from ComputeBox to Netcup, the average speed is only around 45 MB/s, whereas with Avoro I can reach 100 MB/s.
Will there be any upgrades to the bandwidth in the future? I also noticed that the purchase page does not clearly specify the bandwidth limits, which I find concerning.

The EPYC 7763 promo is capped at 2 Gbit/s, while Turin is capped at 10 Gbit/s. Thank you for the suggestion, we will add this information to the order page soon. The regular 7763 packages may offer higher bandwidth than the promo packages.
Yes, they are located in the same server room. However, we have everything set up redundantly to ensure stability across all our services.

I have two identical VPS plans: '7763 Promo - AMD EPYC 7763' (6 CPU Cores / 16GB RAM / 100GB SSD each). Instead of having two separate VPSs, is it possible to combine their resources into a single VPS with 12 CPU Cores and 32GB of RAM?
