@ComputeBox Is it really that hard to add all countries to the list of selection? Or you like playing dumb and not reply to that message?

Not an optimal response but I remember they said in the past if your country isn't in the list to choose any one at random and open a ticket to have it changed

While the $7/yr one is still sold out, the 6c vps is showing in stock for me. You have to create an account to actually see it. Their web page buttons don't work on the linked page.

This is horrible joke, not a provider. Website does not work at all. It is in some sort of read-only mode. No "Deploy now" links work.

    Avoid at all costs.

Does anyone requested to add storage? How much is additional 100G storage? The basic package of 100G for 7763 Promo - AMD EPYC Milan VPS seems abit low for its price.

If it's 200G included then this is seriously good.

    Couldn't be more wrong.

I have been a customer of computebox from it's early promotion package and it is one of the most premium provider.

No Turin server from other providers could come close to performance of that of computebox turin servers.

If you could spend a little, then computebox is one of the safest choice.

7763 are back in Stock! They got sold out in the middle of the night for us in Germany :)

You’ll need to register an account to deploy a machine — more than 100 customers have already done so without any issues ;)

That said, the “Deploy Now” links on the homepage aren’t working at the moment, and we’ll have that fixed soon.

Also, just to clarify: we don’t use a simple WHMCS template. Our entire panel is self-coded. With a custom-built panel, the occasional bug can appear, but we always work to fix them as quickly as possible.

Yes, since our system handles all the bookkeeping, adding a new country is a multi-step process. Requested countries will be added today.

In the meantime, please create an account and select the US as your country. Once the correct country is added, we’ll update it accordingly.

If adding a country is a multi step process, then talking from a dev point of view, that's a bad architectural design. The country datanase should have been the pivotal point where other modules should have had fetch as and when needed.

This tight coupling (as it reflects in your message) will give you much headache later on as base grows. And I'll suspect that these tight coupling between different modules are in other aspects also.

Decouple it (if that is the case) at early stages since it will be easier now to keep the integrity of data. Otherwise it will be a thousands of dollars of upgrade years later.

Maybe saying “all the bookkeeping” in my first message was a bit much.

For our bookkeeping, we unfortunately have to work with a poorly designed API from another provider.
I’d love to switch to a different provider, but there simply isn’t one with a pricing model that’s affordable for us at our current company size.

Handling all the bookkeeping entirely in-house isn’t an option either, as the regulations in Germany are far too strict and complex.

2FA is currently only available for reinstalling and payments.
Support for 2FA on the main login will be added within the next few days.

At the moment, you can only change your password via the “Forgot your password” link on the login page. But you’re right, a password change option is missing in the user settings, and we’ll be adding that later today.

We’re having some trouble with the TCP connection to GitHub at the moment. Sadly it’s not on our side, we’re waiting on a reply from the datacenter.

The issue only affects our newest subnet. All the other subnets are fine, but since all their IPs are already in use we had to disable new orders for the 7763 packages until this gets sorted.

Since it’s the weekend, it might take a bit longer than we’d like to get resolved.

Yes, a Debian 13 template is already in the works.
We’re still working on fixing a small issue with it, but we hope to have it resolved soon.

Currently, it’s not possible to delete a project.
Having an empty project doesn’t cause any negative effects, but we’ll be adding an option to delete empty projects soon.

Yes, we do offer stacked configurations directly in the ordering process.

Is it possible to increase the bandwidth,2TB of traffic is a bit insufficient for a VPS with this configuration.
