    😒There is also a problem with the VM Password. The password sent seems incorrect.After reinstalling the system, the link in the email received cannot be opened. :s

    I just took a shower and came back, and it seems the control panel issue is still there.
    I have other things to do now, but please remember to reserve an early bird offer for me.
    I've tried to order nearly ten times without success

    I was a customer.

    I wanted to increase the core count but I was told that they maintain a ratio of core, ram and storage. In order to increase core, you will probably have to buy additional features too to maintain that ratio.

    I didn't want to go through buying additional resources which I won't use so I had to leave that server.

    We’ve received a lot of positive feedback about our panel recently, and until now we’ve never had any negative reports.

    Today, however, a small bug caused users to be logged out permanently. The issue was related to Cloudflare — our backend mistakenly thought all users were coming from the same IP, which triggered rate limiting across the board.

    Since we’ve never had this much traffic on our panel before, the problem hadn’t appeared in the past.
    The issue has now been fixed, and the panel is stable again.

    I just reinstalled a VM to test, everything works fine. Please make sure to copy the whole password with all special characters

    Curious why not give root password?

    Security.
    You can always switch to the root account and enable SSH root login if you wish.
    However, for security reasons, we do not recommend doing so.
