@Beanzy Of course, performance is very important to us. If we notice any drop in service on a node, we proactively migrate affected clients to another node. We are also constantly expanding our infrastructure with new nodes to ensure stability and speed.
CPU and network ports are provided on a fair usage basis. If a client is found to be abusing resources, we first issue a warning. If the issue persists, we may temporarily suspend the VPS while working with the client on a solution. Continued abuse unfortunately leaves us with no choice but to terminate the service.
We want every client to have a great experience, so we continuously monitor CPU and port usage. Client feedback is also invaluable, and we know our clients are quick to raise a ticket if something doesn’t feel right, which helps us resolve issues even faster.

Depending on the plan, some come with bonuses and some don't, but the bonus on offer is displayed next to the cost of the VPS.
We don't have a triple everything plan, but triple disk and RAM plan, but this is currently out of stock I'm afraid.

This was cancelled due to triggering our fraud, however as per our other ticket we do not have this in stock until the networking has been fixed so the order would have been cancelled anyway.
We are clearing pending invoices and when we cancel them it puts what they tried to order back into stock and in this case we do not have it available.

All issues have been resolved now. The customer in question you are mentioning was just here at the right time.
We have sold all our stock again, however we do have more nodes getting added so more stock will be here soon.
I do not hold stock for clients, however as per the ticket, when you cancel orders particularly ones where someone doesn't follow the checkout process WHMCS will automatically add it back to stock.
However, as you can see from our ticket reply, you triggered fraud and we will not overwrite this, you will need to use correct details and the obvious no VPN, IP Proxy etc.
I expect new stock to be added in a day or so. We will post when we have, you can try again then.

The port is provided on a fair usage basis. If traffic becomes excessive or starts to impact other customers, then we may need to set limits or apply throttling. However, steady and consistent transfer is absolutely fine.
As long as your usage does not cause interruptions for others, you won’t run into any issues. If you’d like tailored advice, I’d recommend opening a ticket and letting us know what kind of transfer you’re planning. That way we can advise you more accurately.
