double bandwidth?
As long as you're not saturating the port with terabytes of data in short bursts, you're fine. A good rule of thumb is around 10–30TB per month, depending on the plan. Occasional spikes are okay, but sustained abuse is not.
For the $7 plan? - for the cost of the VPS it's something we wouldn't offer but you can upgrade your bandwidth allowance from the billing portal.
