It has not been restored since July 25th. How do your service personnel handle this situation? Please come out and explain. @hosthatch
Is there a console you could use to connect to the VM? Maybe a VNC? That would tell you if it's a network issue or something else.
VNC prompts unable to connect
The ticket was submitted two weeks ago and the issue has not been resolved yet.

Just reposting OP screenshot of tickets. For the lulz, for the context, for the MJJs.

On the actual on topic post:
@hosthatch what the actual fuck is happening there? Wake up?
This is the kind of thing that happens on Virmach, as a matter of fact it is happening right now with one of my VPSs. It was/is cheap, but still not nice to lose 4 months of service (a third of the yearly price) because that server will probably never come back. At least expect Hosthatch to compensate you.
I can imagine a support guy being faced with this list of titles is not going to happily dive into any issue though...
reads like a virmach thread.
hello why hello why why why hello
Well known scam
I'm sorry for your lost.
Mine is stable over 1 year. What a lucky.
Same nvme17hkg, went down multiple times in July, but it has been up continuously for about 8 days

You will get this reply next monday:
HostHatch always has issues with their homemade panel, servers that are down, and a long backlog of support tickets that are simply ignored.
Do yourself a favor and move on to a more stable provider.
This service is very frustrating
Virmach still exists? Well, that's a bet I would have lost. They must target the most patient, chillest customers in the world.
This time my HK Compute is completely down.
No more chance to manually start.
I hope they can reply my ticket within 30 days.
Yep mine also has also gone down for more than 35 minutes. Let's see how long until it comes back up again...

And it's up again. Downtime 44 minutes.
Seriously though, out of all these 6 servers I have with HostHatch, the one that keeps going down is the Hong Kong one. I think the infra there is just somehow worse than the rest.
sounds bad
I also had 46 minute downtime and before that 26 minutes on July 30th. I don't remember any long term issues.
Is the problem only in their Hong Kong located servers? I bought a 3 year deal from them in NYC and so far it's running well but not sure if I will regret it later.
Anyone received that email in advance?
I am unable to confirm that though.
So now they say that the issue is permanently resolved.
My HostHatch servers in Hong Kong have had very little downtime over the past 5 and a half years (same goes for their other locations).
Slow support has always been expected with their promotional offers, margins are slim so you're not paying for support.
It has been 18 days since the VPS went down on the 25th of last month, and it still hasn't been restored. I really can't understand why the service is like this. Even if it's a promotional product, they should still fix the problem.
At this point i would suggest getting a different vps from a different vps provider then still relying on the same vps server that is down. who knows if that vps server is going to be "online" in the future.
Yep, very similar experience here, I had both premium and lowend products, both received the same (not great, not terrible) support.
So um...
2406:ef80:4::/48 is not visible to anyone so anyone with IPv6 configured in Tokyo no longer has working IPv6 in and out.
This is not a great month for them.
Have raised a ticket to inform them(but they likely already knew).
