India? Now, all is clear… Why in India software development is so difficult? I mean do you have any automated testing? Regression testing for future releases? Or just go live and fck it?
So, where does it say it on the product website? Do people have to guess that your indian entity is responsible for thier and thier client's data?

With the last message(s) I wanted to emphasize of the fact that your product users, besides they may want to - they have the right to have disclosed (hence your obligation) who is responsible for the security of their data.
Like it or not, different countries have different general standards in different industries. I might feel safe with US or EU standards, but not feel safe with UK, IN or XYZ country. I should know what to expect before making the purchase. Your should clearly disclose that American LLC is only selling licenses and ultimately an indian company is the real developer, as it is confusing.

@Andreix, if you have good intention then hopefully you also understand that product is in early stages, its rewrite from V1. Let the product get mature and I am sure your suggestions about security and clarity will be sorted in coming future.
More competition, more choices are always good in market. I believe that more user should adopt it to make it better.

I dont think we have onboarded any major level customer yet, we are in talks with an Australian one and are adding relevant features for them in order to help with onboarding.
@BharatB You should add a lifetime or yearly cheap option for non commercial use or atleast 30 days~ ish trial for the same.
30 days trials gets activated automatically upon installation, lifetime doesnt make sense to me, however, yearly can be done if interested please open a support ticket
To me lifetime makes sense for
Lifetime per Version for homelap or private use (No billing system integration)
Example V2 Lifetime costs $75
But when V3 releases they would need a new license for another $75 or allow them to just continue using V2 at their own risk.
