    🤣 I don't want to justify them, but with that price and those features, we are not in a position to demand anything, they are forgiven as long as it is not something serious. I have nothing but gratitude with DeluxHost, even though there are some details to improve, I hope everything keeps running smoothly and I will not be disappointed later on.

    It's OK. We understand it. Please make sure there is no node congestion, oversubscribed node or virtualization stack misbehavior.

    I'd rather wait a few more days than receive a VPS that, while being on 10Gbps, has connection/performance problems or bottlenecks.

    It's been 11 days since I placed the order, and so far there's no delivery.

    The product page clearly said “14 days (usually faster)”, but right now it’s neither fast nor reassuring.

    I really don’t understand how “usually faster” can end up meaning “delivered on the last possible day—or even later”. That sounds like a joke.

    Also, just yesterday you confidently said it would be delivered that day, and now it’s “a few more days”? Honestly, this feels unreliable.

    Please be transparent and realistic—when can we actually expect the product?

    Nothing more from what we have just say, we want to deliver a product in good performance that can guarantee to all of our customer stability.

    They will be delivered as soon as we finish this process and as mentioned we will say in the 14 days delivery.

    It's a 'budget' price, so why are you seeking a premium service?

    This bloke has got reservations off people, used that money to buy a used server and is now setting it up.

    The important bit is not if a few days before the 14 days but that a reliable service is rolled out with no issues for the next year.

    I want to remind that as with all other offer, the due date get updated to the date of the delivery every time, you will not loose this time
