    I can. You bought a preorder item. You actually did get the product — you were placed in a queue and became eligible for the VPS within the time frame you agreed to when placing the order. Depending on the offer, it's not uncommon for preorders to be non-refundable. That's usually how it works: you get certain benefits (like a reduced price, better specs, etc.) in exchange for funding in advance. The host then uses that to plan and build out infrastructure based on demand.

It's not the host’s fault your plans changed. In fact, the offer could’ve been strictly non-refundable, so if you do get a refund, consider yourself lucky.

    How did you see them mention that refunds are not allowed? Don't you have eyes? Please don't share your poor experience, okay? And I was perfunctory by their customer service several times before I thought of disputing with PayPal. You like to jump out and shout, and you like to make a name for yourself?

    People like you only think about buying products on sale every day. Are others the same as you? It's your freedom to like being abused. If they have stated that refunds are not supported for discounted products, will I still apply for a refund? You are simply a brainless person. No one will reply to your boring comments every day.     I paid F-1 on May 8th. On May 11, I wanted to pay 2 euros extra and upgrade my service plan to F-2, by writing about it to support. I was told that there was no F2 plan out stock and like dude *uck off( I did not give up and wrote on the forum in pm @DeluxHost

    As a result, nope... the ticket was closed, the tariff plan was not updated. It's sad :'(

    Unfortunately this depends a lot on the available stock, every action is done to avoid overselling problems or general problems due to too many sales.

    We are very tight on this, but i assure you that i remember you, as soon as there is a stock i will send you the order, don't worry, I think soon anyway. 😉

    FYI, I was willing to pay more for more resources - not really complaining, just commenting.
    Meanwhile, 'Reduce, reuse, recycle' and buying only what I need is my policy.
    I'm not gonna hold 2 servers when I actually just need one and waste a slot that someone else might want.
