To put it more clearly: I don't really care about the money, we've learned our lesson with you and it's not actually a positive one. Based on the contract, we provided you with sooo much data, even your CEO apologized to us. In the end, there were - allegedly - many interruptions because hardware was missing. Guys, it was a GRE-DDoS which can be filtered on every single Switch without any issues (except the 20 year old ones lol).
Maybe I'll take the risk and obtain the default summons in Germany, which can then also be enforced in Germany. The way you regularly try to talk their way out of this is not only interesting but also really embarrassing
