Tokyo: Unpaid XC bill.
Miami: 2 months of unpaid invoices, and the power is cut off.
Phoenix: Unknown for now.
Singapore: Unpaid Equinix IX bill.

If you check their status page you can see the technical issues started the 21. That is more than a week ago. In one location it has taken them two days to get a tier 2 datacenter technician to investigate.
Technical issues might be a part of the problem, but the two day "waiting" time indicates other problems, and it isn't the first time they have "forgot" to pay their bills.

They have one invoice for all Equinix locations.
Source of mine says its more than 4 months of unpaid bills in Equinix US alone. And Path is big in Equinix so this will be lovely.

From my limited knowledge of Equinix their Tokyo outage about blaming it on shipment issues sounds like a lie, since they won't reject shipments if you open a ticket which probably means that there was no ticket created, maybe because they are locked out of the portal for non payments? Who knows.
