    Yes :) currently mainly for the outbound Traffic because other upstream has ddos protection we use but will be put into a mix soon in+out as we Setup more advanced as well as the ddos Sensor being finished configured.

    Its one time. So yes indeed
    But only request it if its necessary due to number of available IPv4
