Please beware of trolls trying to attack new providers for admitting to 2 errors. And look for @charityhost.org the drama is gross, it's toxic trolling.
This is a good explanation of how that does not work, and how fomenting an environment where trolling is unacceptable creates more community, more traffic, and more peaceful communication.

This supplier is really disgusting, snooping into other people's privacy. Why should the supplier be qualified to view the customer's data? If the supplier can view, save and use it, then all VPS supply systems will collapse.
Yet another attacker.
After receiving votes by 4 different admins/mods, together with listening to the feedbacks from the providers and members, we have made the decision to ban CharityHost as they repeatedly presented with questionable business practices that doesn't align with the community interests.
We have given numerous chances to CharityHost and I have personally seen at least 10 different hosts trying to provide valuable criticism and feedback, but unfortunately we failed to see any positive changes.
All other threads regarding this topic will be closed to reduce the spam. Hope this serves as a lesson for new providers in this field and hope that CharityHost learned their mistakes.

Looking back to the very beginning that started this whole thing (i.e. this thread), what a fall from grace. 29 March to 26 April, less than 30 days from complaint to conviction.
I don't hold hopes that the business owner of CH will learn a single thing so hopefully they find another business venture than server hosting that better aligns with their personality.
