@bdspice:
They just wanted you to give a statement that you have downloaded the files since they broken their own TOS by not following 48 hours notice.
They would have closed that account regardless what you do after downloads are finished.
bulu ads cara.. video play e kora jai na. Valo kono video hosting site a video upload koren.
You shouldn’t feel embarrassed about watching porn or storing (maybe now not so much) since it’s something most people do.
the tickets are very revealing and reveal a lot about what makes @CharityHost_org tick. there seem to be conspiracy theorists sitting there. right in one of the first feedbacks @CharityHost_org write that you are deliberately breaking the rules to expose the provider (to put it short). the tickets are a wonderful document of the failure of @CharityHost_org whose reputation will (rightly!) suffer the most.
is jerking off actually haraam or not?
(i ask seriously, because the tickets also refer to religious obligations and use these to argue with @CharityHost_org.)
also @bdspice is the sublime license legal?
in the past there was ftp2ftp, but does nobody enable it anymore?
For those that don't want to deal with the 50 million and one popups

If storing 500 GB of legal adult content is considered a blow to reputation… than I don’t know what to say. To start, I have brazzers collection which dates back to 2004. And it’s only one studio. There is puremature, dorcel club, aleta ocean etc.
OP, you are fine with your small 500GB. In the end, size does not matter. Or is it…
OMG! still this thread is going on!
The bad thing is that charityhost keeps calling trolls and even insulting companies that advise them otherwise. I think that the day they registered their company they didn't know what to put and put charityhost.org (a for-profit organization) in the private forum. They consider everyone who complains to be trolls, but then their posts thanked those trolls who bought their services.
Ch banks on this thread. Visibility via negativity. This is time proven marketing. Ihostfart does that very successful.
only a final comment from admin team can close this
Did you reach an agreement with Charityhost?
Because your post prompted 28 user pages to support you with your problem?
It looks like its been resolved, though CharityHost seems to have thrown in disparagement as another policy violation for creating the thread as a parting gift.
Wut? You're not even allowed to host porn and you do that? That was silly and you caused this whole ruckus. And you take no responsibility. SMH
The number of times you say "his mistake" is so over the top. Good riddance he closed your account, I wouldn't do business with you after this either and neither would most here. It's truly mindboggling you don't see that.
Justice? You broke the rules hosting porn on a provider that doesn't allow it and came whining about it. You got access to backup your data, so you're not out that loss.
no agreement. he unsuspended it because he suspended it without notice. so now i am not hosting porn is the condition i am following.
i dont care you do business or not. but one should follow his own terms before user follow it. justice needed because i didnt get 48hours before suspended. the terms say i am not allowed to host porn, if i host porn then i will get warning and 48 hours to remove it. so unless 48 hours period i got, you cant say my account should be closed.
But in OP you mentioned you received email.
He got email that it was suspended, not the warning period to comply.
yeah, was gonna say the same
Drama is end.
Did they change their aup? I can't see where it is mentioned about the warning. Under Consequences of Breach they say Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of services. It can go either way and not necessarily just warning. Under Disclaimer they also say We have sole discretion in determining acceptable use and may rate limit, suspend, or terminate accounts at any time for any reason.
email received about already suspended, not a waring before suspend.
Is it written in aup or terms that you will receive a warning first before suspension?
We do not permit illegal, illicit, or R-rated activity on our servers. This includes pornography, gambling, email spam, web scraping, and virtual activities prohibited by state/federal/international privacy and communication laws. If we have reason to suspect that your activities constitute a violation of the AUP, then we will provide a warning. After the warning, if we have reason to suspect that action has not been taken within 48 hours, we reserve the right to terminate services. If we are compelled by state/federal authorities to terminate activity immediately, we will skip the warning and immediately terminate service. We reserve the right to determine if refund can be made for unused service, based on the type of service, remaining service period, and type of AUP violation.
not that I want any drama so please don't tag me but yaa it was written a warning will be given and now this incident is over - charityhost unsuspended the server and allowed him to download his content so lets just close the thread or leave it upto the admins
and I am not being rude to anyone, I just want that everyone can read it if they have any any doubt in their mind after 27 pages of reading
Right. So anyone else would have sent the provider a ticket and pointed to the 48 hours in the terms and had 48 hours access given. You didn't read any terms and immediately went to LET to whine.
The balance of inconvenience is on you.
yes. Check old comments here. There aup/terms clearly stated that.
But you did not read it yourself
aup also clearly stated hosting adult content/pornographic material is not allowed, but you did it anyways.
All this fuss would be avoided if provider just had 1 line tos:
We do not care about you and we can do whatever we want.
That’s it. It covers everything, it explains everything.
I don't care too much about him reading the TOS or not, or getting booted. The provider is a fucking snoop and an extortionist and clearly can't be trusted.
and now the provider has the audacity to post a new offer thread lol
