    Same problem here. My server has been delivered today. However at the time of installation, it fails.

    On the other hand, I see that the billing period date has not yet been aligned with the activation date.

    By the way: nice panel, good configuration options, I was surprised about the time zone and that it has support for setting up a VCN.

    I can install now but cannot connect to server.

    I set mine up with the Windows 2022 template and had to connect VNC. The IP was completely wrong, and even when fixed, there are network problems. Pings timeout to most things, I can't connect to RDP even though it's enabled and allowed through the firewall, it fails. I got one ping back from the server to my local connection then it repeats icmp_seq=1 Destination Port Unreachable. (Also enabled through the firewall)

    Even if you made it work, it wont work well with 2vcpu

    @DeluxHost Same thing, it's happening around here. Also:

    1. Every time the server is reinstalled, a new password is generated for the superuser, but it is never sent to the email (and of course in the panel is not enabled, the option to view it). So unless you request a password change, there is no way to guess it.
    2. The server takes more than 3 minutes to try to establish the SSH connection once the operating system has been installed, then responds by asking me for the password, instead of using the installed SSH key; but since I don't know the auto-generated password (which was never sent to my email), I have to request a password change at the panel.
    3. As soon as I request a password change, the server becomes unreachable and refuses the SSH connection.
    4. When connecting via VNC, I see that the server has no internet connectivity, I can not do anything with it, but I see that with a clean installation it consumes approximately 7MB every 15 minutes of monthly transfer, doing nothing, because I have not even been able to do a ping.

    If the IP configuration is set correctly, it should at least be able to ping... I used their template.

    • The IPV6 option was not visible in the panel until a moment ago, when I mentioned it in a support ticket. So, they have corrected it and now the option is enabled.
    • The SSH keys are now installing correctly on the server.
    • The network connectivity now works perfectly (I think) since I reinstalled the operating system after the last fix the techs made.
