What do you disagree with? Him providing servers to a criminal operation?
Your friend is clueless.
You are less than 1%.
wut? that's literally not even the same thing...
alba will tell you where the servers at, these virtual vpn locations won't.
check their upstream provider
What makes Windscribe, a VPN company, not the same thing as "Nord and all these giant VPN companies?"
4vps.su a criminal operation? LOL
What? They also state it, in some random place on a blog or somewhere you can't find.
Just like Albahost with a small mention in AUP. Its the exact same scummy shit.
I expected you to know more tbh.
We do not support nor permit any illegal activities, we do not play police role too. If you have or know anything illegal hosted by us or using our IPs, you are free to report at: [email protected]
It is that simple.
zGato the type of guy to SparkNotes a book and tell the teacher he read it
that they do shady stuff? sure, there's very few providers with green records, but wouldn't call it a criminal operation lol
Please link to the explanation.
Never mind, i found it.
I'm disappointed in you @zGato, I know you probably like the guy that's why you shill for him, but defending an obvious "trick"(or even scam I would say) with locations is baffling.
4vps shady? ever heard of morenehost?
check this
https://bgp.tools/prefix/141.98.9.0/24#asinfo
this IP ranges Hostbaltic
cisco-core.digi-cloud.net
digi-cloud.net
They just rent subnets from them. This subnet in announced in NL by Hostkey.
We have tried to keep as short our ToS as possible, and as such each customer has to tick and agree with it.
If those who don't want to read the whole ToS from where they are giving the money, at least use ctrl+f and search for the words legal/illegal. If even this is to much for you, then i am sorry but, you do not qualify and should not order anything online which is ToS based. Better not ordering anything, than crying later.
Sorry that we could not give enough drama for you but, nice try.
What is the benefit of having Albania as your geolocation? With a VPN, I understand some sites may be tricked.
But with hosting? How does that make sense.
I'm not trying to be a shill or spread bs, I know it can be explained better, and I think I've already discussed that with AlbaHost, but there's a huge fair point IMO and is that you're entitled to read the ToS when you purchase the service. They don't want people abusing the shit out of their servers for €5/m. And sorry to disappoint you but I'm totally okay with it since I do it.
I know the whole squad of pq.hosting and all of them guys, but I don't see where there's a relation with 4VPS besides them using pq.hosting for a few of their upstreams.
I just don't understand what Alba has to do with this topic tbh, it's been derailed like crazy.

well, that i didn't know
Hi,
i would love to help but most probably as a german provider we can not do something much more stupid, but to get involved in bulletproof hosting.
So unfortunately we are totally useless for this topic ;-;
I agree its stupid.
So what are you saying is:
AS214403 (77.83.36.0/24) isn't used by them, and you have a BG location.
179.60.150.0/24 and 88.214.25.0/24 on AS35042 is a total coincidence and that it isn't them
They had to compromise your infrastructure then and announce their subnets. Really interesting.
Looks like they stolen some of your subnets too https://bgp.tools/rir-owner/de.l7networks-gmbh and announced on their own networks.
They must be really good at it, as its all singed by your account.
Fly high, you seem to realize its retarded to deal with them while being in Germany, but still do it.
Hopefully they paid you enough to cover the lawyers in the future, when Germans break down on Iranian APT groups.
They failed to bribe local authorities in shitholes they operate in and got raided before, looking forward to it happening again.
Hi,
we do provide infrastructure, usually to resellers.
Flyservers is no customer of us ( as far as i know ) which does not mean it might not be a customer or a customer or who/what ever in this chain. So i did not see any connection to us and was wondering why you tag us in this thread.
Now you bring up some networks and ASN's that are indeed provided / connected with/by us.
And as it seems you dont like them. So far i understood this situation.
They pay us the same like any other customer would have to do. Up until now i have no reason to believe that there is a general problem with our customer.
This does not mean that our customer might provide services to questionable customers. I have no information about that. I do not not peek into the business of customers, we have other things to do but to monitor / spy / surveillance the customers. This you can find with other providers.
What ever problem you might see or have, simply report this to the authorities so what ever problem it might be, it will get taken care of.
And just to make something very clear:
We do not provide services to fishy people. We do here since nearly 25 years serious and stable business. If we know that a customer is an issue, we will quiet working with this customer. Simply because we want smooth and stable business for and with our customers.
Can't be bothered to drop more information.
I have a very hard time believing what you said is true, I know for certain intelligence agencies are after them, so we may find out which story is true in the future.
But I wont be digging it publicly anymore, there is simply no point.
Hi,
please feel free to drop me a personal message here or via email, telegram, what/where ever with the info of what IPs you think are an issue and what issue exactly.
I would then contact our customer and ask him for his feedback.
Again, we are a simple infrastructure provider, mostly for resellers as we are very flexible, fair and cost effective. I can assure that we do not support illegal activities by knowing it. But i can not assure that our resellers wont accept and provide service to questionable people. I have simply no insight there.
But i would be thankful for every information / hint you can give us in public or private.
Thank you!
you are a real detective!
What's the deal with @layer7?
Some of their services are used by another company with a not so great reputation. Layer7 claims no direct relationship but admits they can't say the same for any of their resellers.
However, many people should be aware that it is simple to establish shell companies, and Ivan has even publicly revealed that the aim of their UK-registered company is to purchase services to use as PQ, etc. They are aware that they have a bad reputation.
Maybe you can employ @CharityHost_org ? I hear he's good at spying on customers.
